All Seasons Holiday Park

Tough call in our choice of rating - perhaps more a three and a half. It has so much going for it but let down by one main thing.Very kids oriented, great playground with a water play area and a game room. All the kids seem to have fun.But sites feel cramped and there just aren't enough amenities for the number of families there. The amenities would be adequate if the clientele were couples but, with kids, each site has the or more times the sites. If you stay outside school holidays, might be okay in this regard.Otherwise, the caravan park has a good mix of accommodation options. It is close to a diverse range of shops and services. Despite being on a main road, it was quiet.

We (2A, 2C) stayed at All Seasons Holiday Park for 4 nights over the Australia Day long weekend. The booking process, check-in and cleanliness of the cabin and facilities was excellent. Walking distance to major supermarkets and shopping centre.Our kids (4 and 7) were very impressed with the water park, swimming pool, jumping pillow and pump track for theor scooters. Thumbs up all round here! During our stay, the park had high occupancy however it didn't feel crowded.We stayed in a Deluxe cabins and the only gripe we had was the matresses were not in very good condition in both rooms. The mattress springs could be felt when lying on the double bed and the foam mattresses on the bunk beds were very thin and the wooden slats could be felt. We appreciate the fact that replacing mattresses are a large expense and although we did read this feedback in other reviews we still stayed with you. If the beds were upgraded then we would give 5 stars.Overall, we highly recommend this park to familes with children.

Great stay staff were friendly and helpful and the Park itself had excellent amenities for our 4 year old and 3 year old. The luxury cabins were amazing and had everything you could need. We also loved the park vibe ..most of the guests decorated their cabins with Halloween decorations and handed out sweets to the kids in the park who had dressed up. Highly recommended

The location is very good.On arrival the staff were not all that welcoming. We had booked a long site and were reassured that our van would fit on the site. We had to back up to the site behind us to assure the A frame was off the asphalt. The sites are small.We weren’t able to open our awning at all due to low tree branches and couldn’t get any coverage for the TV.The office assured us they would look at it, they didn’t and we still have no coverage.The amenities are ‘tired’.Better options available. We wouldn’t choose this park again.

We stayed in the luxury cabin. It was a great size but the location meant that there were people constantly walking past, and kids scootering or riding bikes. That wasn’t a big deal though, we kept our blinds closed. Inside the cabin , it is noisy in the evening, the noise is also from public walking down the street (the luxury cabins are by the frontage). It didn’t feel as relaxing as the other (NRMA) caravan park because it felt busy, crammed and very little privacy.The location is great for people who don’t have transportation because everything is within walking distance. Nearby Coffee Mecca does a phenomenal job with coffee.

I recently stayed here whilst travelling with a large group and we were very well looked after.Amazing place and highly recommended

We arrived after 6pm. Auto check-in was easy - a code to the A.H. safe was supplied and I retrieved my location and park rules. All sites are powered. My site was all concrete slab. Showers were good and hot, amenities clean. We also used the laundry - $5 per load and $1 to use the dryers. Camp kitchen is well equipped and adjoins the games room. Nice caravan park.
