Avoid! These guys are running a bond scam! We booked an employee here for a short stay. They have withheld the bond but do not answer phones or reply to emails. I’ve since read the other reviews only to discover we are not the only victims

AVOID AVOID AVOID !! 0 stars !!After 2.5 years of not seeing family my 70 year old folks booked via booking.com over 1.5 months ago. Since landing in Melbourne we have spent the last 24 hrs trying to find NEW accomodation for them. They are weary from a long journey to melbourne in a period that is massively booked out due to the Grand Prix.The message said accomodation was “cancelled” as card was declined, stating that it failed to go through whilst on their flight to Singapore. On landing in Singapore received a panicked call to call locally and try resolve with my local credit card. I left countless messages with their phone service who take your details and don’t get back to you! The card loaded on booking.com is 100 percent okay as we have just booked and paid for replacement accomodation at twice the price !! I hope this review helps others - trust me you don’t need the stress and panic of this situation when visiting our country! Accomodation providers need to be welcoming and cherish the tourists who are coming back. This has left a bitter taste in my mouth, given the increase in cost and completely unnecessary stress for my folks! Big thanks to Flinders Landing Apartments for accomodating us with BIG smiles and a gorgeous apartment with view of the MCG whilst we wait for the 2nd leg of their trip in a private accomodation !

My name is sumaya we stayed this apartment, and cheeck out the apartment resobabally clean condition and on time , but they are keeping my bond and doing doggy thing no one responding well manner , even the apartment is too noisy , no sound blocker .and very less cooking stuff provide. Be careful about your money. I would give them 0 rating .even if I'm not getting my bond back, I I'll publish this matter to tv channels. I m working in CHANNEL 7 . Most of the Melbourne apartment doing this king of illegal business. My husband is a solicitor he is also acting on behalf of innocent traveler

We made a last minute booking we had to cancel same day and received no refund. The manager was rude, didn’t care and refused to provide any level of customer service.

Great apartment in fantastic location close to shops, restaurants and central CBD. Views are phenomenal.Nice quiet building with good facilities.

Good size rooms, friendly staff. Perfect for extended stays.

We stayed in a 1BR apt on City Rd Melbourne for the month of Feb. Yes, the area is noisy. That's the nature of any big, busy city like Melbourne, especially in the CBD and entertainment districts. If there was not so much going on in Melbourne all the time, there would be little reason to visit. It's not Disney World shutting down at 11 PM. It's MELBOURNE, an incredible, vibrant city. We could not hear the nearby freeways but the street below had steady overnight noise. We even watched a multi-squad car police drug take-down from our balcony! So what if its noisy? Try the suburbs or St Kilda if you can't hack the noise. We had one issue on arrival - management took care of it promptly. The apt was well furnished (very comfortable Queen-size bed, excellent & very hi-speed wifi and flat-screen TV (which Melbourne left us little time to watch). A greater selection of pots, pans, dishes cutlery etc would have helped as we cooked there a lot, but all the appliances were fine. Everything, oven included, was clean on our arrival. The gym, long lap pool and giant hot tub were excellent - we used them daily. This was not a luxury" apartment but neither was the price. It was a reasonable price for a well-located

Great location, but bad experience.I booked an apartment here for an employee who was relocating to Melbourne while he found a place of his own, and on arrival his :• The lift was out of service and he had to wait around 30 mins with his luggage to check into his room located at 14th floor.• The bathroom waste bin was not clean and is filled up with waste from the prior guests.• The window Blind in the living area/dining room was broken and not closing due to the missing string resulting in the lights from outside shining in at night.While they did offer to resolve the issues the next day, there was no one available to address these issues on check-in, and he wasn't even offered an alternative room. They did agree to cancel the reservation, and only charge for 2 night's accommodation.

I stayed at 109 Clarendon street for more than 3 months, my stay was very smooth. Special thanks to Shahrukh and Shawn for their wonderful support during my stay. Will definitely recommend to my friends and family.
