I've loved the Imperial Hotel since I was old enough to drink. Great atmosphere, day or night. Go there, they used to serve great counter meals, don't see why their standards would change that much...

Seafood basket could have done with a bit more time in fryer. Medium/Rare steak came out well done also forgot sauce . Quiet pricey for what you get. Staff were extremely friendly and very accommodating

The hotels website quotes “$50 for a single bed and $60 for a twin or double bed”Call the hotel and the story is totally different - for a double or twin room it’s $50 per person PLUS a $50 per person key deposit.On a budget and planning on paying $60 for accommodation we needed to cough up $200Needless to say we didn’t stay“Ritz it’s not rooms or service!”
