This team are professional and know their stuff. They take their time to explain things in plain language and will even try to educate you on how best to look after your equipment and gear. The customer service was fabulous from the wonderful Admin staff to the knowledgeable Techs out back. The charge for all this great service is very reasonable. Great customer service here. Came in to get our solar set up for our campervan looked at. Bennett was able to diagnose the problem immediately and had it all repaired within a couple of hours,including replacing the faulty component. Bennett explained everything to us and checked with us before going about fixing it. Fantastic job. Would recommend!

I posted a negative review and have since spoken to the owner, Paul.Communication is always the key, I now understand what the problem was, it has been rectified, and turns out that a previous mechanical workshop caused the problem through carelessness, hence the time consuming diagnostics.So to sum up, comunicate directly, understand the problem and give credit where due.Thank you A-Lect Team.
