I used this roofing company to investigate and fix a leak which they completely misdiagnosed (see below). Not only did the leak continue after the so-called repair, they did not respond to calls or emails to speak about it.After another trade investigated the problem, BROKEN RAFTERS were discovered. How any roofing company can miss this on an initial diagnosis is beyond me and as it is clearly the actual issue, not what I paid for. This makes it very obvious that the roofer didn't even remove any tiles or properly investigate, and likely didn't go up inside the roof at all. Very poor professionalism and communication after the fact and wasted money on my part fixing an issue that wasn't even there.The only reason it's 2 star is because they seemed ok at first, but the lack of knowledge has lead to further damage to the property.

I’ve waited a year before leaving a review and in that time we’ve had a number of severe weather events to test the new roof and gutters. They passed with flying colours. I highly recommend StrongGuard for all roofing work. Warren was great to work with, clear communication and when the job got a bit complicated he sorted it efficiently and without cost blowouts. The team who worked on site were great with all work done to specifications - they were real professionals who knew their stuff. And StrongGuards pricing was very reasonable too.

We had Strongguard do a restoration with a complete colour change. The guys were extremely professional while completing the job. They were very particular and pedantic going around our solar panels and also covered them up very well. They were not the cheapest quote, however, were the only company that supplied a proper contract of works with official warranty. They were also the only company that got up onto the roof. It's these little details that we look out for. Will be using them again if we have a roofing issue.

Great! Have had Strongguard do a roof restoration and several repairs over the 8 years I've lived here. Always arrive when they say they will. Work performed is top quality, explained well and photo evidence provided. Pricing has always been clear and good value. It's wonderful to find no-nonsense trustworthy tradies like Strongguard. Recommended.

Don't use this company. They are just as unprofessional as the others that don't even bother calling you back or providing a proper quote for repairs.After contacting around 6 roof/gutter repair companies to assess and quote on gutter repairs at our home, Strongguard were the only company who actually provided a prompt and itemised quote. The quote also included installation of a skylight in our home. Other contractors didn't even respond to calls or texts, so we were excited the job would finally be completed.I rang Strongguard's office to accept the quote for the gutter repairs only (budget constraints meant we couldn't do the skylight), and the gentleman I spoke to said he would pass the message on to the estimator who attended our home to contact us to arrange an install date. After 2 days of not hearing anything I wrote the estimator an email directly. The abrupt response I got was that unfortunately we are unable to do such a small job" and that I'd be "better off going with a soul trader or handyman."An extremely disappointing and unsatisfactory outcome

Our experience getting our iron roof replaced with Colourbond was fantastic. For starters we went for quotes from three different companies. Dave from Strongguard was the only one that actually got on the roof.Everything went like clockwork and Darren and Tony the roofers were really courteous, professional and mindful of our special needs child. Strongguard looked after everything, Dave even came out to ensure we were happy with the job progress. The bill was exactly as quoted, no surprises.I would definitely use them again.

Very happy. Had my roof checked after recent heavy rain storms.Tim was punctual and checked the roof, finding and fixing 2 slipped tiles....he also noted the roof is in good condition.Stronguard cleaned, repaired, replaced some tiles and repainted my Corinda roof 8 years ago. I'll call them for future maintenance.

We had a pleasant experience with Strongguard. We dealt with Tim over the phone and text to book the job in. He was very professional.Then we had Jimmy and his apprentice replace our back roof. Jimmy knows his stuff and I would highly recommend him to anyone. We did have to wait a while but it was well worth the wait. Now we have a roof that doesn’t leak!! Thanks for a great experience!

Excellent and efficient service from Strongguard restoring our roof. The whole process was very smooth. Very rapid response for giving the quote, which was very detailed, work completed on time and no surprises at all in the whole process.

My house needed a partial roof replacement and partial gutter replacement. I gave Strongguard a two star rating as the job was done in the end, but was very difficult throughout. Despite being told the roof safety protection would be clipped to the roof, Strongguard bolted the safety protection into the facias because 'it was cheaper for them'. This left big holes which the sub-contractor wasn't going to fill in. During the job, the roofer decided not to finish the guttering because 'it didn't need doing', leaving 8m of guttering to be 'put in your garden somewhere until you need it'. Apparently the gutter wasn't that bad - which was disappointing to hear as I relied on Strongguard to quote for the job honestly and only replace what needed to be replaced. The old roofing material was left in our yard for over a week before we ended up getting rid of it for Strongguard ourselves. As I mentioned above, the job was completed in the end and I'm hoping we won't have problems with heavy rain, but it was a difficult process and seems like we paid for more than we needed.
