Most reviews are from receivers. Here is one from a sender. We send over 100 deliveries per day . 97% are successful. ALL of Startrack do their utmost best. I personally don't vent the System " onto the staff. Every courier is struggling with the abundance of online stuff. Startrack and TNT do it Best."

Delivered to the wrong address by a new guy, there excuse for my package going missing. Dose anyone get their package??

Rude, arrogant & incompetent staff. Sent the wrong parcel and try to blame their stuff up on the receiver.Nothing but Muppets

I have never had one good experience with this delivery company. They will not give you your items. They hold on to them and lie about the where abouts of your mail sending you from pickup point to pickup point wasting your time Fuel and money. Then you get ahold of the foreign call desk... who you can't understand and get put on hold as they have no clue about what they are doing. Also was a joy (not) seeing their sorting process of pick up parcels, read, throw on concrete ground.

I would give Star Track zero stars if i could, but google won't let me do that. Star Track is perhaps the worst courier company on earth. It is an absolute shame that DHL has partnerships with them to deliver packages within Taree. My package sent from overseas was not delivered to me and was re-routed to Sydney without informing me.My explicit instructions to hand over the package to the nearest post office were ignored. When i contacted the customer service officers, they were usually unhelpful and at a later stage, snobbish.After numerous phone calls to both DHL and Star Track, my desperate pleas to deliver my package ASAP were disregarded. Eventually I had to contact the guy who operates the Taree Depot to get my package from them, when the official delivery status was that my package would be ready for collection the following week.The degree of miscommunication and discordance that exists in Star Track is absolutely unfathomable. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM STARTRACK.
