Fossickers Rest Tourist Park

Was good spots for van, rv etc. Have accomation too.

Tourist Park short drive from CBD. Quiet area, clean facilities, staff welcoming and friendly. Walking tracks and picnic area close by. Would certainly recommend this park.

Nice staff & stay.

Booked a cabin to stay in whilst we visited for hospital visit, decided to stay a night prior to this and were not happy with our stay.We booked a night and did not even stay in the cabin instead we booked a motel and stayed there.The standard cabin was very dirty and looked like it had not been cleaned for months.Paid extra for linen and none was on the beds.When we were brought some we had to put it on ourselves, we were given 2 flat sheets and 2 blankets in the middle of winter for 2 adults and 1 child.It was freezing to say the least and the blankets would not have kept us warm.Staff were nice but seem very lazy due to the state of the cabin.Cancelled my future booking and was not refunded either.I would not stay here the place is a rip off we paid a premium price for substandard accommodation.

Very peaceful park with everything one needs. Large, comfortable cabin. Friendly staff. One elderly gentleman took an interest in our heritage listed dachshund. Have recommended this park as the place to stay.

Having stayed here previously, my wife and I have just spent another 2 great nights in this well maintained park in a perfect location. Lindsay made us welcome as usual, the price is good and the Amenities Block (both male & female) is immaculate. This is a lovely simple peaceful park, without all the bells and whistles that most caravanners don't need or want. Well done!!!

We paid for budget accommodation n budget it was , supplied linnen, beds, kitchen utensils , TV fridge n hot plates / grill & external bathroom. Very friendly staff, clean grounds, pool, few swings, camp kitchen, room to kick a ball, quiet place for good nights rest from driving. Loved the smell of jasmine flowers growing at office area. I would recommend this place for stop over, cheap price for 2 adults n 2 children. Also offered fossicking equipment hire for sapphires ( sad we didn't get time to do this this time. ) but thankyou to owners n managers n cleaners for a great rest stop.

Have stayed at this great little park twice in just over a week - stayed on the way up to Millmerrin QLD and also on the way from Millmerrin- basic park with clean amenities - very friendly and helpful owners - very good sized sites - Quite peaceful location on the outskirts of Inverell / highly recommend

Wonderful caravan park. Spacious, green, friendly, superb location and family friendly.
