I was in the market for a new pressure cleaner to clean my driveway and to wash my cars. I was a bit undecided and unsure of the karcher brand. But in comes a glorious attendant named Charles with his luscious knowledge on all things pressure washing. Bought a pressure cleaner that he recommended and its still going strong. 10/10 would recommend- friendly service and staff.

Purchased the water filter vacuum and the SC5 EasyFix Premium Streamer. Not yet used them but sales assistant Charles who served me at the Sefton Park store spent over hour with me discussing functionality of their machines to ensure I purchased the correct machine for my purpose.

Went to purchase a basic dedicated Karcher pressure car cleaner. Charles assisted at the store and gave much better options and suggested dedicated wands with quick release set up. The more up market machine with these options available saved the day as super efficient and saves so much time. Charles was not only friendly however had great knowledge of the products available and tailored products to suit our needs. Thank you Charles, for outstanding service and advice provided, it was really appreciated. Can't thank you enough. The kit works amazing. Would highly recommend and give 11/10.

Don't waste your time. Buy a different brandHad a problem with the unit. Staff didn't want anything to do with it and palmed me off to their mechanic across town - only to be told they don't service them anymore. What a waste of time Karcher. Terrible customer service.
