My children started swimming lessons at Aquanat a few months ago and their swimming has gone from strength to strength in this time. Their confidence, skill level and ability to adopt different techniques have all improved hugely thanks to the dedication and commitment from the Aquanat teachers. Their fun approach to learning has worked wonders too! I would highly recommend Aquanat to anyone looking for private or group swimming lessons in a lovely environment.

Anat and the team at Aquanat truly provide a superior experience in teaching and fostering a child’s introduction to water. Anat’s holistic approach to recognising each individual child’s strengths and challenges really sets her apart. She acknowledges boundaries and has an innate sense of how to connect with each individual child to bring out their best. My daughter first started swimming with Anat at 12 weeks old and is now nearly four. As a parent, I’ve learnt something new in every session, which is a testament to Anat’s teachings. We couldn’t imagine starting our swimming journey anywhere else!

It’s been wonderful to watch my daughter’s ( aged 3) confidence, skill and enjoyment in the water grow at Aquanat.She started off quite anxious in the water but after some one on one lessons she has improved so much.The environment at Aquanat is calm and quiet with only one class on at a time and the class sizes are small.I would thoroughly recommend Aquanat to any family wanting their child to not only learn how to swim but to have fun doing it !

I had the joy of receiving watsu 1 training with Anat. It was an immersive experience with lots of support and stillness, state of the art facilities and practices in the water and on land that will sustain and energise my ongoing learning journey of this warm water therapy and self study. Anat and her team offer kindness and embody the essence of their teachings. I'd highly recommend training's and courses offered in this heavenly space.

I took my baby for baby swimming lessons at their new Alfred Cove pool. The pool is so warm and beautiful. It feels like you are at a spa rather than a swimming centre! My baby loved the classes and I felt really comfortable with the swim teacher. Highly recommend.

Aquanat is a fantastic swimming school. I enrolled my daughter when she was very young to build her water skills as early as possible, and If we weren't moving we would continue until she aged out of the classes!Amazing team - swimming teachers and admin staff, always very responsive and accommodating.
