My daughters car has had two issues , aircon compressor needed to be replaced and recently car wouldn’t start, was told by the NRMA mechanic that the starter was gone and needed replacing, took it to Ultra Tune Blacktown and was diagnosed as an ECU problem, saved me a ton of time and money, Chad and his team are brilliant with knowledge, speed of repairs and in particular pricing, would highly recommend to anyone 10 out of 10 on everything.

I got to talk with Chad and he was completely upfront about the common issue with DFP and tritons. After giving comforting advice I was advised to go back to Mitsubishi but if I had any troubles to come back. 3 hours later I came back, booked my car in for the following day and after a few hours the cars issue was diagnosed, fixed and ready to be collected. The team was amazing, very upfront and knowledgeable. I really enjoyed my experience. Being female you never know how you are going to be treated but in this case they were absolutely wonderful.

Russ always goes beyond to fix my many issues of late! He quotes for issues but if he finds it’s a smaller issue he reduces the cost. He is always available. I will always go back!

Yearly service. Had take our first car there and get really good service. This is our second car. Reasonable price. Always received a call for quoted price, quick service and call again when finished. Will not go anywhere else

They did pretty good servicing and i have been going ultra tune for few times but unfortunately the guy in front is very very rude to me. He told i need to change rocker gasket and i ask him about it but rather than saying my answer he tried say something else in loud voice. I dont know whether he had other problem or he just want to be like that but clearly its not good. I recommend this place but he is very rude to me.

I can not fault this place. Every detail to the letter. Car was serviced and drove away without a single problem. The advise received was on point.Only thing I'll say to the guys is that Ultra tune logo thing that was hung from there rear view mirror is big and could obstruct view for some drivers looking left.
