Very happy with the service, product and installation of double glazing from Taylors Windows.Their glass is a little thicker than others and they use crimsafe for their security screens.It would be good if they had a demo of how effective the low-e coating is in their showroom, similar to other businesses, but not a big problem. Basically, add the low-e coating to all windows that is practical.Would recommend Taylors Windows for your double glazing.

Taylors gave a competitive price for replacing my 1970's aluminium windows with new insulated double glazed units The process was painless throughout with good communication between the company, its employees and myself.The actual replacement was done all in the one day with 6 units removed and replaced including cleanup.Recommended for all your double glazing requirements.

Excellent product and excellent service. Taylor's supplied all my windows and sliding doors on my new home on my rural property.Outstanding after sales service and a special mention goes to Paul who solved a sticking stacker door problem which was no fault of Taylor's but the carpenter who installed it. Cheers guys.

I have used Taylors now 3 times so far on The Pod Canberra Jobs and they have been so amazing each time. We have been to multiple different companies in Canberra but have been let down so many times. Taylors has been super attentive to detail, if anything went wrong they fixed it that day and the prices were super reasonable. These guys do an incredible job and their service is impeccable. Delivery they are 100% on too. I can't speak higher of them and would reccomend them to everyone looking for windows, sliding doors or bifolds! In fact I have referred them to many people & clients who have had also great experience and were surprised on the great value!

Amazing customer service and state of the art window systems to choose from... I have used Taylors for 4 of my properties so far and the level of service is second to none. When discussing each room we talk about any environmental issues I would like to address from noise and heat and the best glazing options to suit - you will be surprised how many options there are when it comes to different types of smart glass. Price is always competitive and everything is done locally which what I like - supporting local Canberra businesses which employ our community.I highly recommend you visit their showroom and see the different displays - great way to get new ideas, the team are lovely and always happy to help.

It's unfortunate to have to leave this review, but 4 months of having to rectify issues with our windows is a poor reflection on the Taylor's Windows after sale service. Won't be using them for the rest of our windows and won't recommend to anyone. Why?- delivery was greater than 3 hours after the delivery window, all 3 windows were missing screens, one missing its lock and one with a broken panel filled with timber- fixing these issues took over three months despite Taylor's accepting full payment on delivery- over those three months dozens of emails and phone calls were always met with someone will contact you by the end of the week"

Great product, lousy after sales service.Still waiting over 6 months later for resolution of the issue with our sliding doors. At this point, couldn't recommend using them. Will update this review if/when they ever call us back...

The quality of the product we (eventually) received was great, however, this is where my positive review ends.Terrible, shockingly bad customer service considering taylors windows delivered our windows not only broken but also missing both the fly screens and locks. Not to mention ignoring our request for a refund of the $100+ delivery fee.Literally months and dozens of phone calls and emails to organize the repair (the panel was eventually repaired with the wrong glass, leading to yet another replacement months later that again took many emails and all effort on our behalf). Met with constant we will call you back or so and so will email you" as well as "it says this job is completed".Zero urgency
