We recently purchased our new home at Coral Cove through this agency. We had a quick response to our initial query about the house and were offered a private viewing prior to the open house by Steve Coles if we wished. The property photos were true to life and provided a good depiction of the house and location. The property was well-presented and lived up to our expectations. As we were from out of town and only in the region for a short time, we made an offer and signed a contract not long after the open house. Steve took us through the purchase process and contract. We found Steve very easy to deal with and he covered all the bases in terms of what we needed to know not only about the property but also the suburb of Coral Cove and the region generally. His local knowledge was very important to us. He told us we were moving into a great area and he wasn’t wrong. We have lovely, friendly neighbours who have welcomed us to the area. Community is important to us and we couldn’t have asked for a better introduction to Coral Cove. Communication with the agency has been great at all times. Our questions were immediately answered. Steve made himself available whenever necessary and accommodated our schedule changes.The whole purchasing process was seamless from beginning to end. We would like to thank Steve, Le-Anne, and the entire team for the part each played in helping us buy our new home. We would highly recommend this agency to anyone interested in purchasing a property in the area.

without question the worst real-estate in Bundaberg area Do not use this real estate unless you want to face ongoing months of trouble.. I've nearly had to seek legal advice on the most minor of details.. any verbal agreements to sweeten the deal will most definitely be backed out on if it's not on paper, be very wary.. if there's another option most definitely take it

This is the third occasion we have dealt with the Bagara branch of Richardson and Wrench both in selling and as a landlord. Each time we have been dealing with Kirralea French and have found her to be nothing other than totally professional and extremely competent. Our last property she managed to sell it in only 2 weeks , and achieved our full asking price and conditions which was an increase of 18% on what we paid just 3 years ago.During the sale she kept us totally informed and any problem or quirey that arose she addressed immediately. Hi Donald & I sold our property in Avenell Heights in June this year, we worked through Driss Dekori, Driss is the most helpful sales person, he is honest and open with all questions & answers, he is punctual, well spoken and very presentable, he helped us through any areas that we weren't sure of and made us very comfortable in all paper work.He made a point of knowing the property well, so no hick up with questions from clients.We would certainly deal with Driss again.

If it would have allowed me to rate “these people” half a star I would.I have never been treated as poorly by a group of so called “professionals” in my life. My partner and I rented through them for 6 months in which time we ALWAYS paid on time and kept the inside and outside of the property in immaculate order. ( as told by us many a time by all our surrounding neighbours)When our lease was coming to its end I was the one chasing them asking what was going on and if I could renew...2 phone calls, 2 emails and 1 month later I still hadn’t heard anything back regarding my initial call enquiry.so I decided I wasn’t going to renew due to the lack of communication and care for me as a tenant and customer.From here it all went south very quickly...It would take far too long to write about the numerous phone calls and emails between myself and the staff at this place...all of which were handled in a disrespectful, unprofessional and condescending way.The head of property management please take a long hard look at the way you and your staff treat people..You all need a lesson in customer service, Better yet plain old respect and understanding as you ALL lack in both.Half our bond taken from us due to plain old wear and tear....absolutely unbelievable.NEVER RENT THROUGH THESE PEOPLE!!!!

As you can see it is a lovely spot to visit and swim.

When informed that a customer had been locked out of their unit accommodation as the swipe pass was faulty and had to sleep in a car for the night the young lady on the phone laughed, then when picking up a new pass there was no sympathy at all. Wouldn't recommend ever. Shame there's no half a star option.

Lovely people to deal with on a personal level but I find their professionalism lacking. Had to explain the same thing to three different people. Suggestion....file notes. Very frustrating. However they a genuinely so lovely, I happily overlook this.
