We have been getting our car serviced there for a few years now. Always helpful, friendly and professional service.Our blinker went the other day they said bring the car straight in and fixed it withinnhalf an hour. Amazing.An outstanding example of a well run business.

We were stopping through Adelaide on a bigger road trip, and Sandra was nice enough to fit us in for routine maintenance while we were in town. They checked over the car completely, were very honest with pricing, and got through any repairs in a timely manner. Additionally, Sandra was very communicative via email, text, and calling to get in touch to confirm our appointment and ensure we gave the go-ahead on any repairs.

Dropped my car two weeks ago letting them know what the issue was. After three hours they called me and told me that it would cost me $1200 to fix those issues including service change of air filter and so on. I agreed and gave the green light to go ahead and fix it. Picked the car around 5pm that day just to notice that those issues were still there. I called the next day and made an appointment for the following week. I dropped the car just like the first day. Got a call 2 hours later asking me for another $1100 to fix the same issues that wasn't fixed in the first place. It's just a rip off

My car was at the garage for around 1.5 weeks, because they had to change the battery, the cooler and the water pump, spend around 2.400 dollars for that. At the end when they told us that the car is ready to pick up, they said we have some oil leaks and we should observe it. After 2.5hours of driving our car broke down in the middle of nowhere, because the transmission was leaking. We called repco again to explain our problem, but they just said that they made us aware we have a really serious transmission leak, but if it was that serious why didn’t they fixed it? Normally you leave the garage with a good car ready to take the road and not a break down after 2 hours.The car got fixed again from the guy that was towing the car. Apparently the hose of the transmission was not fixed correctly and that’s why all the transmission fluid came out.

We own Volvo's and have had issues with 2 of them. In relation to my C30 I took it to Volvo 2 years ago for a continuous issue of it starting. I was charged approximately $850 to have a key cartridge (key receptor) changed. This made NO difference whatsoever and we informed Volvo of that but they could not offer any further advice on it. My car completely stopped the other day and so I decided to take it to Carrington Street Authorized Repco Service as they had been spot on in the past identifying issues with my car. It was the starter motor! After having the starter motor replaced my car turns on every time the first time now! They have serviced our Volvo's and are precise, honest and knowledgeable....and are very reasonably priced! Carolina

We could not recommend these guys enough. They went above and beyond for us. We had just had a bad experience with a previous mechanic who hadn’t fixed an oil leak correctly. Craig took the time to tell us the facts and explained everything thoroughly and answered all of our many questions. Sandra was extremely helpful and squeezed us in at the last minute and also gave us loads of advice regarding other aspects of our trip and van (as we are backpackers from the U.K). We knew straight away that we could really trust these guys. They were extremely thorough and picked up on a few other little things that the previous mechanic had missed and needed to be changed before we set off on our long trip across the nullabor. We would most definitely use these guys time and time again if we were to remain in the Adelaide area. Thanks for the brilliant service guys and all the best for the future! Olivia & James
