Nice park facilities with a dog agility course. Would be great to have some lights down there for night walks

Not Fully fenced! The park has fencing around most of the perimeter but dogs could easily get out and run onto the road.Otherwise it’s a great park for humans and dogs. Beautiful views of the city, and very cool pipe dreams sculpture can be seen from the top of the reserve. There is also a small agility course here for dogs, and a few covered areas.Plenty of parking available.
