Alexandria Physiotherapy and Sports Injury
Highly recommended - I’ve been seeing Ben for the treatment of frozen shoulder following a shoulder dislocation as well as for knee rehab following meniscus repair surgery. He was the fifth physio I saw due to a series of complex conditions, and I’m glad I stuck with him. He has been instrumental in my recovery, and beyond his commendable experience is also honest and realistic in his treatment and approach. I’ve had constant progress under his guidance, and also appreciate his tailored treatment for athletes and ability to modify exercise regimes as necessary. Legends!

As a sports physiotherapist, he has been instrumental in helping me recover from my injuries ACL reconstruction and reach my fitness goals.Ben has a deep understanding of the human body and knows how to tailor his treatments to my specific needs as and goals. He is always happy to answer any questions I have and goes above and beyond to ensure I am comfortable throughout my treatments.I highly recommend Ben and the team!

I’ve been a regular client at Alexandria physio for a few years and more recently have been having regular treatment after a total knee replacement. Stephen is without a doubt the best physio I’ve ever been to. He works with me to identify issues and prescribe the best treatment for my needs and ability during my difficult recovery. He is knowledgeable, kind, and caring, whilst maintaining a high standard of professionalism. I highly recommend Alexandria Physio.

Alexandria Physiotherapy is a great place to receive treatment for all types of sports or general injuries. I have had the luxury of being a customer since they opened their doors. In terms of treatment, it's always completed thoroughly, no matter which Physio you are dealing with and there are always structured treatment/exercise plan addressed at the end of the consult. Steve and the team are great to work with. All the staff are helpful and polite and you will most certainly leave feeling better.

Went and saw Ben twice this week with lower back pain. I only had a few days in Sydney and he saw me straight away before I had to leave and jump on a plane. A great help. Explained everything, made me feel comfortable due to never having seen a Physio before and gave me massages and exercises to manage the pain until I got home. Couldn’t recommend enough.
