I usually make my own cakes but for a special book launch last year I wanted something exceptional, and I was pretty sure from JB's lookbook that she could deliver. The end result was better than I could have imagined, with sugar and rice paper flowers, and beautiful detailing that made it really personalised. JB went to huge lengths to research the subject of the book and make the design relevant - and the actual cake was one of the best I've ever tasted! So many 'fancy' cakes are all dressing and no substance but this (choc mud) was amazing. I am sad to see so many 1* reviews left by seemingly fake accounts - or those with an axe to grind. I can't for a second believe they were real customers.Thank you for making our launch such a Special Cake day.
