The best gym I've been to in terms of facilities, community, and coaching. They offer various classes with high quality programming. There is a good variety of equipment which is kept sanitised. The facility itself is kept extremely clean. Best of all, there is definitely a close-knit community feel, with the staff being very welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend Parc Fitness!

Does their work well, very intuitive setting. Kids can feel comfortable here and staff are professional.Uniform is worn well and not gimmicky and hard to look at. You can expect them to push you because you know you deserve to get that much further in your fitness journey.If they can't help you I hope you've made prayers cos they're only helping you help yourself :,) God bless your efforts

Working out at this Gym is a pleasure!. The machines and all the gym area are amazing and vey clean. The most important thing is the wonderful and helpful staff that work here.

Parc is the most professional, well run gym I have been to in Sydney. The staff are extremely knowledgeable. They have a range of classes to suite all tastes and abilities from traditional xfit style to oly lifting and functional conditioning. Top it off with 24 hour access, awesome food and bevs from the front counter and well presented facilities, you could not ask for more out of a fitness centre. 5 stars isn't enough you guys are the best!

Natasha went above and beyond to see our interests were catered for. She was extremely accomodating and saw to even minor concerns we raised when visting PARC.Their facility offers only the best from Rogue - power & olympic bars, bumper plates, racks and even a Fat Pad bench. Spacious and consistently santisied and cleaned.

Gy is clean, tidy & airy gives out good energy. It's really a lovely gym to do workout. Just a pity a bit far from my house.

Very good gym, only thing that bothers is is classes which take half the gym. Overall, amazing gym for powerlifting!
