Bro the drive thru service was just sad like I was tempted to go and do the job myself. Ordered a frozen coke and this indian worker hands me a completely overfilled drink. Like it was fully dripping over her hands and got everywhere outside and inside my car. Like how do you mess up this badly.

This place is in a good location but if possible I would always suggest to take away your food and eat in your car.It is not the first time that I noticed that this place is quite dirty, at around 09:30pm during a week (17.07.19) I would simply expect to find that location sort of inviting rather than searching around to spot a table which doesn't have rubbish loaded onto it or where you feel comfortable to sit down without doing your own cleaning upfront (tables and benches). Bins were completely filled not allowing to dispose your garbage when finished eating. Positive: Staff was friendly, food was quickly prepared.

Oh, Lucieta, an extremely lovely lady, welcomed us as we came in for breakfast. Frankly, there's nothing special about McDonald's anymore, but my normal cafe was shut, so there are not many options.Lucieta, at this particular McDonald's, made the visit quite the experience. Her bubbly and friendly service was, to say the least, expectacular.Thank you, Lucieta, for your efforts , I personally spoke to the manager, who was not interested, and probably thought I was going to complain , but not I had to thank them for Lucieta made every single person she greeted, have a pleasant experience.

If I could put zero stars, I would. The service was absolutely horrendous never before in my life. Have I walked up to the front counter and expect my order to be taken only to be told that they can’t take my order here and I had to use the Self ordering machine. The store was an absolute bombsite. The patio was absolutely disgusting rubbish everywhere bins overflowing and don’t even get me started about the bathrooms and as while when I walked in to the bathroom I witnessed a staff member walk out of the toilet vaping and he didn’t even wash his hands and has he slowly walked out his apron was dragging along the floor behind him . Something seriously needs to be done here because the standard of service is not gold standard. I know nothing is gonna be done because you guys clearly don’t care. The manager looks like a grub shirt untucked here all over her face just overall appearance was disgusting Employers on their phone and vaeping in the kitchen I’ve never seen this before and definitely will not be a returning customer

Right off the highway. Watch out for cars entering and exiting. Near quite a busy roundabout and freeway exit.Pretty good for a McDonald’s. they’ve done well with the lockdown. You can still drive through or order inside. Good spot for a quick bathroom stop too.

4 months ago i came to this specific mcdonalds on my way out of melbourne and ordered a triple cheeseburger from the drive threw, it was the most disgusting burger ive ever had in my life, it tasted like vomit and was so cold it felt like there were icecubes in it, the next day i had diarear really bad, it almost put me off mcdonalds for life.My next visit today i ordered the same burger agian and the cheese was not melted and cold i searched my burger this time to double check for any filthy ingrediants but seemed ok, there is chips and rubbish still on the floor but the tables look clean. I wouldve gave this restaurant a 1 star but this time the burger was ok, just.

I have never had food here or eat at all at Macca's in general BUT THIS PARTICULAR BRANCH has one of the best soy chai latte IN MELBOURNE. And I am comparing them to some of the best/most expensive cafes in Melbourne. The quality remains the same even in the drive through with seconds from order to drink in your hands. Cappuccinos are not bad either.Whoever is running the cafe here knows what they are doing. Tried a few other branches thinking everything has been streamlined being a franchise and could not swallow any of the drinks that came out of their cafes. Great job guys, well done you deserve 5 stars for sure!

Regularly visit this venue. Great service, always clean and better priced than most maccas venues. Have a great team that makes fantastic coffees in the morning.
