Always great service.You can trust them to not damage your wheels or damage security bolts. Before working on my car, they advised me my security bolt remover may have an issue, and they gave me the chance to replace the bolts rather than finding out the hard way.

I came here to get new four new tyres and a wheel alignment today. It was pretty fast; they said it would be about 90 min, but I was out in around 60min, so that was good. Service was friendly. And I appreciated the free coffee in the waiting area.

Have purchased my tyres from Donnellans Blackburn for the last five years. Their prices are very reasonable and every interaction I’ve had with the staff has been positive, with great service extended every time. This makes me come back.A huge shout out to Matt for his great service and for fitting me in this morning, and to the worker that popped his head out from the rear office (on his own accord), to help me operate the coffee machine.

It was 38 degree Friday afternoon and my tyre blows out during school pickup. Call the team at Donnellans and they had the tyre in stock and told me not to stress and come straight away and they would fit me in. Great service, friendly staff and well priced.

Great customer service, spoke to John on the phone and told me to bring the rim in, I was trying to fit new tyres for. As I was unsure what tyre would suit best. He directed me to few options depending on what I wanted and gave me a great price. He knew exactly what he was doing and I felt very comfortable about the experience. It is very easy just to ring up and they will provide you with great knowledge, also were fast in the shop waited no longer then 30mins for fitment. Very happy with the final product, and will be going back again in future.

They were able to fit me in last minute, the prices were very reasonable, and the staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.I would definitely recommend Donnellans to family and friends.
