Save yourself time, money and mental health. They will do everything so give up complaining. Don't bother asking to speak to a manager, they won't pick up the phone or answer a single email. DON'T BUY FROM BETTA. Can't stress enough how terrible this company is. Very poor quality (see photos of wardrobe just installed), and the worst customer service. I only gave up complaining for my own mental health.

Betta Wardrobes was the best choice i made in having my walk in robe fitted out. Sales team was on time and gave me the whole quote before leaving. the payment system was smooth and the office was quick in booking me in for the install. the gentlemen that did the install was on time and cleaned up any mess made. i couldn't be happy with the result. highly recommend.

I had two builtins and two cupboards installed in Nov 22, Unfortunately I made the mistake of paying in full (major dollars), after being assured by Management that a bubbled paint job on a door, replacement draw handles (wrong colour) and knobs on the other cupboard; would be installed and fitted correctly a few days after.These issues were not resolved until Mar 23....so I was basically lied to so as to get the final payment. Use this company at your own risk as Management is far from ethical and the customer service/post install experience could not be worse.

Cheap and nasty!!! CANCELLED INSTALLATION twice on the day- last minute! Worst customer service!!! I hate this company!!!!!! 0/10 betta managers (PAUL and Mark!!!! ) are pathetic! Not paying, come collect it! Further buyers don’t pay by credit card- they will debit your card without you knowing and work will not be completed!!! ! Warning warning!!! Don’t use this company you will regret it!!! They should be shut down permanently. They will take your money, and not complete work or install it not according to diagram. Check all reviews on all beta wardrobes before using this company!!!! They had sheriffs at my work because I didn’t attend court due to work commitments - Betta claimed more funds owing and I had to pay.. I am gutted and hope this company rot in hell..NO MIRROR was installed but they still charged me $600 - fraud company!!! Paul manager is sending me threats in email to remove this review otherwise he will sue me - I welcome you too!

Great design and value for money. Mark was professional and communicated all options and cost in the design process. The installation was excellent. Highly recommend

My shelves collapsed and Betta wouldn’t fix the problemI was a loyal Betta Wardrobes customer for many years, but a horrible recent experience with their installation and after sales service has meant that I will never use them again.I got a measure and quote before Christmas for wardrobes and bookshelves at my place in Fairlight.The guy who took the measurements was fantastic. But we’ve had massive problems with the installation and Betta’s after sales service.Weeks ago the shelves in the wardrobe collapsed, narrowly missing my son who was sleeping next to them.When I checked the next morning, I saw that they had been installed incorrectly. The section that had come apart was missing a bracket that should have been screwed in.I contacted Betta the next day and they said it was company policy to send the same person who installed the shelves to fix them and he wouldn’t be available for weeks.I said that I didn’t want that bloke as he hadn’t done a very good job.After repeated emails, phone calls and me going into the Brookvale show room they finally sent someone out - the same person who had done the dodgy job the first time.He said that we must have caused the problem by falsely claiming that we must have slammed the sliding door. Amazingly, he then left without installing the bracket.Betta’s inaction prevented me bringing my books up from the basement of our building. In the recent floods the basement flooded and I lost many of my precious books.In the end I had to pay someone else to fix the shelves, even though they were meant to be under warranty.Betta were completely unresponsive to my many calls and when they did come out they completely evaded responsibility for a problem their poor installation had created.I will never use them again and could not recommend them to anyone else.

Worst customer experience after a good experience a few years ago. NoCommunication about delay, wrong size delivered, installer not turning up when said and no care from management. The only thing that was speedy was request for payment. They even just debited my credit card without letting me know.

This is my third wardrobe from Betta Wardrobes and I couldn't be happier. Every single person I dealt with at Betta was so lovely and helpful. The wardrobe is outstanding and was excellent value.

In October 2022 we had a semi frameless shower screen installed in our ensuite. My regret is that I didn’t read the online reviews about Betta. After the experience with this company, I’m exhausted . Disappointing product, flippant disregard for customer and focussed solely on getting paid . Worst company we have ever dealt with.
