This was our first renovation and a major one. Rob and the Bray team were exceptional in all aspects of building and renovation. Communication and transparency were important to us and they delivered. We love our completed Reno, on time and on our budget, I would recommend Bray to anyone considering building or renovating.

I have the pleasure going to a lot of Bray Buildings new builds and extensions to do the flooring on completion of his homes. I get to speak to his very very happy customers and have been able to inspect the quality of the finished homes myself.He does a beautiful job! I work along side of builders daily and I must recommend Rob if you are looking at building a quality and beautiful home. One thing I have noticed about Bray Building, is their attention to detail. Rob & the team completed an extension which included our 4th Bedroom & 2nd Bathroom. Nothing was a problem & Rob was very professional, meeting deadlines & working within our budget. I would use Rob for any future works needed.

We bought an old house with the intention of knocking down and rebuilding. After months of meeting builders we came across Rob frombray building who rocked up on time and very presentable. The first meeting we had he gave us options that no other builder had given. One of the options that stood out was a 2nd story addition which meant we could keep our existing structure and build another level on top and then reline the external walls to make it look brand new! We decided to go with Bray Building and after the first day of work onsite we knew we made the right decision. He is a hard worker with the whole team at Bray Building. Rob and his team built a great extension to our house. Taking the project from DA drawings to the final outcome. We are very happy with the project and the manner in which Rob applied him self to the project details and challenges.

Rob and his team renovated our backyard (laying composite decking, grass, building a pergola, concreting down pavers, etc.) and we could not be happier! Even though it was a small job for them, Rob still gave us so much time and attention and fit us in throughout their other jobs to get the work done quickly. He was fantastic the entire way through the process - assisting us with design ideas, going out of his way to get the best prices for materials and labour, managing the whole project and his entire team work to a really high standard and are all just great guys. Bray Building have exceeded all our expectations.They built our 3 bedroom dual occupancy in an unbelievable timeframe and the attention to detail was fantastic. Rob bray is an expert and was so easy to deal with. The team were professional, hard working and friendly.
