Inaccessible for those using a wheelchair or walker If using a walking stick be very careful Staff can see you are having difficulty and look away Expensive

Walked in to the store, one staff member said hello and kept walking. That was the full extent of the customer setvice in the 10 minutes I spent in the store. My 2.5k and I went elsewhere.

I bought a outdoor table in November and was told I would receive it in at the start of January - it is now mid March. Then I ordered chairs and was told they would arrive that week, however I am still waiting over two weeks later. I understand there are delays at the moment but this is extreme especially when nothing is being done to rectify the situation.

Well overpriced for the quality. Not very good customer service, didn't seem overly bothered that lamp shades were different on two separate pairs of bedside lamps and one of the pairs" the peacock bases were different colours.Very disorganised store."

A joke drove to Orange 45 min each way got the item home took the price tag off it was stuck with blue tac . Damaged the print rang them up to deliver another 1 and said not sending it. Never again and customer are a joke as well.

Ordered a bed suite back in May - bed arrived in arrived in late July with only one bedside drawer set (instead of 2) and NO chest of drawers. Wasn't advised that parts of the suite were missing. Drove the new furniture home (2.5 hours) to find the bed had not been packaged correctly and all the wood was chipped and damaged. Its now mid Aug and whilst the chest of drawers has finally arrived 4 months late - I have been advised there is another months wait minimum on the replacement bed pieces. NEVER AGAIN!!

I am visiting from Perth WA and always make a point of going into Early Settler in Orange as it is one of my favourite shops here and in perth.I was disappointed when I walked into the store to no greeting and about 4 staff members at the counter talking amongst themselves. A lady with kids came in not long after me that they obviously knew and were all talking loudly and inappropriate conversations.I'm in customer service and think that this isnt appropriate way to conduct yourselves especially with potential customers in your store
