My wife and I saw Matt on a Wednesday and after he answered all our many questions,so we decided to buy our specific car we wanted. There was NO pressure from him to buy any add-ons even though they are available. On the Friday we saw Brendan who went to an awful lot of trouble to explain,mainly to my wife, LOL what all the buttons did. He even raced out and fill the car up with petrol for us. Bought 2 new cars from here in last couple of years, had some initial issues with after sales but in all fairness they sorted the problems and was extremely keen to ensure I was happy and satisfied with the service.I travel a fair amount and need a vehicle service every 3 or 4 months, having had several services over the last year I can honestly say the team have been excellent and extremely helpful, companies don't always get it right and it's how problems are dealt with, it's fair to say when Brian Hilton didn't get it right for me in the first instance they went above and beyond to do so moving forward.

Update, went to look at some used cars and was helped by a very good no pressure sales person. Thanks Dean I will be back. Another 5 stars from me.They get a five star rating from me. Went in there on a Friday afternoon with a blown headlight. They fixed it strait away. I wasnt expecting that. I will go back again. Thanks guys.

Have purchased cars at Brian Hilton and had a servicing done here since 2008. We are currently without our car, since 23 December 2022. It was serviced 10 days prior to this with no issues found. Now it has major faults and is off the road for another 4-6 weeks minimum while we wait for parts. It took them more than a week to diagnose the issue in the first place. We have had to chase Brian Hilton ourselves, no updates have been forthcoming without us chasing. We have not been offered a loan car or any assistance to expedite the repairs and this is our primary family car. Hugely disappointed in the lack of customer service and care. Would never purchase a car here again.

Even though it's a very tough second hand market, Lauren at Brian Hilton Toyota found me an excellent Hyundai Elantra that met my needs and right in my budget. My husband bought his Corolla from here 9 years ago. 5 or so years ago his front lights both died at the same time. We had them replaced. Then their was the issue of a rainbow affect when his lights are on. The salesman showed us photos of what it was. Toyota knew it was a fault but the lights were not replaced by warranty. It was going to cost a couple of grand to fix. We still have the car but are looking at buying a new one. Won't be going to BH. Heading to Hornsby instead.

When originally visiting the store, the salesperson was nice enough. During the conversation I have advised multiple times I am not looking at finance options. I was still told to sit with the finance lady Sam to 'discuss my options'. Both the salesperson and the finance lady were very forceful in getting me to put a deposit down on the spot. They would not give me even an estimated time of when the car would come - i was told this gets done after the deposit is put down.Sam was also very presumptuous in telling me that I better consider having a larger car (when deciding between two models) and that I might want to have kids.In this day and age, I think staff here need more education in how to handle customers and what things NOT to say to them!On top of it, when I had follow up questions, the salesperson took ages to respond and would not respect the fact that my partner and I both work and would prefer to communicate by text. He kept calling, multiple times a day while we were at work.Worse of all, when my partner and I were looking at our options on a different day at Kia dealership next door, the finance lady Sam somehow saw us and came to seek us out to ask about the Toyota while we were in front of the salesperson at Kia!Absolutely no ethics and poor customer experience, especially since this was a big deal for us buying a new vehicle. While we love Toyotas, we put a deposit down on a different car just so we did not have to come back here.

Had my new car serviced 19th April, no issue there, however enquiring about a spare key...which I have never received, a promise to get back to me, so far...no call.Ringing to enquire about 'the spare key' on the 20th April 2.15pm, the phone lines either ring endlessly OR I get to speak to a person & in tranferring the call...lost the call 4 TIMES!! I dont know what is wrong with those phones but I have bought 2 cars now from Brian Hilton North Gosford in 4 years...the phone lines are useless. Plus if a service person promises to get back on an issue, I expect a phone call.
