This programme is working for me because it fits my age and where I am in my life. It is not a one size fits all, it is tailored to the individual needs of the person. My personal trainer (Pat) is awesome at giving advice and motivation to achieve my goals. I am not into fast and large weight loss but small gains and baby steps. I may not achieve all my goals over the 26 weeks but because of this programme I will achieve them. It becomes a lifestyle and a change of old habits. I thoroughly recommend this to anyone that wishes to make themselves a better version of themselves.

I would like to put a big thanks to Luke Wilson my coach, for all the support and eating and training tips, for pointing out ways to improve.my start to the program was a little hard to eat so much and the body hadn't move in the way it should for a long time. I got to the point that we all inevitably get to, I was really unhappy with the way I looked in the mirror, the numbers on the scales and my poor general fitness. Joining stronglife has turned out to be one of the best decisions I could have made. I joined up and got the 1st call from my coach Joel Flanagan. Joel kept me on the path I needed to be on provided exercise routines and explained anything I wasn't sure about, he pushed me when I needed it and shared so much information to help me learn so much about nutrition. It was always nice to have the weekly call with him and he was always there to answer questions when I messaged him. I lost a total of 17KG, gained alot of confidence and self respect and I picked some good habits along the way. Thank you so much Joel and stronglife for changing my life!!!
