I love this shop. It’s got everything I need and more. The staffs there are always ready to help and they always recommend the suitable products for me with reasonable price. Definitely would recommend this place to my friend.

If I can mark ‘0’ , I will definitely give them a big ‘0’Worst customer service I have never ever met before ,Shop assistants take the commodity from the drew,and say it is new one. And ask customers to pay for that.But actually it is sample , maybe by shop assistants’ careless? I guess?after arriving home ,customers realize what shop assistants have done ,they sell sample to customers ,ofc customers wanna refund ,but shop assistants say customers are swindlers that customers use their old one to defraud the refund ,Those shop assistants , they won’t pay for their mistakes , Coz they will ask customers why not customers themselves check commodity probably before customers buy it,Those shop assistants never think they should take responsibility for that, even they sell sample to customers

They have variety of products really good store but customer service could be better

This is a good store for cosmetics but MOST OF THE STAFF OF W COSMETICS ARE VERY VERY RUDE AND IMPOLITE ! I SUGGEST THEY SHOULD LEARN THE PROPER CUSTOMER SERVICES. RIDICULOUS EXPERIENCE!!!

So weird customer service. My toddler got a hand cream it was a tester and put it back. She claimed that my toddler leaked all over. I know he didn’t. She said I have to pay for it. I don’t wanna argue over $10 but so funny.

Really good store, wide product range, they have many popular Korean and Japanese brands. Definitely a excellent place to shop.

Horrible shopping experience! Staff (tall, shoulder length hair, streaked black and blonde) are very dismissive and rude. Wanting to return a product and was told I was unable to as it was cuange of mind. That is fine. But then the receipt CLEARLY says I can exchange the item. And when I raised this, the sales assistant dismissed me saying we don't exchange due to change of mind". I had to FIGHT to get the item exchanged
