Love, love, love Burns Bay Bookery. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and always able to suggest wonderful titles for the hard to please people in your life. They have a gorgeous selection of cards and other gifts too; a one stop shop for the whole family.

Really disappointed, i always order and buy my books here to support independant businesses but have been let down.I ordered a book and it never came in and no one let me know it was on back order from overseas. Frustrating as it was a gift and i could have gone to an online store.Visited he store but was treated rudely and i left quite annoyed. Not sure if ill go back, disappointed as i would prefer to use an independant store where possible.

This isn't just a bookshop. While it does have volumes of books, it also has quirky and artistic cards, gifts and homewares. I always find something different, unusual and unique, especially with regard to gift items.

I never regret popping into this shop. They’re always friendly and actually show warmth towards customers. There’s a male staff member there (don’t know his name) that’s always happy to give advice and order in a book if needed.

The shop is rip off. I ordered pop up book 2 years ago, they were cost AU16.50 each, this year I ordered the same books more than 10, one lady said they would cost Au$20 each, when I picked them up today, they charged me Au23.95 each. When I ordered the same books at book depository they cost $18.50. I can't believe it.

One of those bookstores you stop by when looking for a unique book or gift.I've only gone here to buy children's books for our little one and they have quite a good selection towards the back of the store. It's a little nook for kids to explore.I've also browsed for non fiction books and it's been well organized and easy to find.Happy we have a hidden gem in the area.

After living in the same suburb for over twenty years it was odd to be drawn to this shop based on an American Express small business Shop Small" promotion. I can't comment on range of books as I swooped in after having them place a book aside for me. I then stepped out in seconds after rapid service at the counter. Great service! Will be back."
