I recently purchased a dinosaur designs rug from designer rugs and I'm really happy with it. It arrived on time and met my expectations in terms of quality.I received excellent and very friendly service from Jim, who remembered me months after only having been in the store once! He gave me great advice in terms of colour matching and pointed me to other designs I might like when I wasn't keen on the designs I'd originally gone to look at (which I ended up buying).Highly recommend

I thoroughly enjoyed the process of working with the Designer Rugs team, including their designer, to customise and personalise my choice of rug. The end result is a hand knotted tibetan silk rug that updates and perfectly matches my existing room and art. The rug modernises my traditional furniture and grandmother's art in a seamless way. Designer Rugs were easy to deal with, timely and well priced for such a high quality product.
