Staff at cricks sugar road were lovely and helpful. We found a car we loved and are very happy with it. Some improvement could be made on the finance side, we found that contracts were incorrect several times and had to resign these even after leaving with our car. Overall a good service.

I went in to get my Subaru serviced in June 2023. The quality of service delivery was uplifted to 100%. Thanks to Harry.Comparing it to the service delivery i received, last year which was about 40%, especially with the lady who was on the other end of the phone. It would be good to see consistency in the coming years. Keep up the good work.

We were told that because we were going to wait for the car, we were marked as priority but it still took 3 1/2 hours. In future we will take up the offer of a lift to the Plaza. We were also asked if we would like a complimentary car wash to which we said yes. When the car was returned, it was quite obvious that the roof and windshield had not been washed, in fact the service lass took a photo of the car and offered a wash & vacuum any time that we were next in the area.We love the car so have no complaints in that area.

“The dream team” honestly this the best experience I have ever had buying a car, nothing was to much trouble!!! Treated like a Queen…. Big shout out to Cameron, who was ever so polite and very professional and nothing was to much trouble, and also to Mark, you are a legend!!!! Actually the whole team was absolutely amazing !!!! easy to deal with, Oliver our salesmen was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and its variants, his manner made it easy for my wife to test drive and get comfortable. Overall I would recommend the dealership if you are looking to buy a vehicles. Great and prompt service.
