I must say you have great staff, from our briefing with Kieran who gave us a great understanding of the boat, to your skeds crew twice a day were super helpful and extremely knowledgeable . The boat was in great condition and nothing was a bother. I really appreciated your help with our gear to the Marina and i look forward to booking with you in the future.You and your staff made our 7 days at the Whitsundays extremely memorable.all the best and hope to see you all soon.

A group of 8 of us just hired Serenity, a luxury catamaran for 2 weeks. First time for all of us. It was an absolutely awesome adventure. The scenery around the Whitsundays just kept us enthralled. The places we moored/anchored overnight just divine. We stayed one night at Hamilton Island Marina. The only change we would make would be to go into Hamilton to restock, but not stay overnight.CCY's service both in the booking phase, on arrival at the cat & during the cruise was absolutely 1st rate.I would recommend them to anyone.

From booking to induction, the boat, the staff, the support and everything else, Charter Yachts Australia over delivered in every way. The team are 10/10 and the boat was more that we could have imagined. They made my birthday extra special. Don’t hesitate just book and have the time of your life. 5 gold stars!!!!!!!

Best holiday we've ever had by far. Perfect weather, unbelievable scenery, fish everywhere, and a perfect boat to experience it in. The sailing catamaran Reflections is like a mobile home, with more room than you could imagine inside 45'.I thought it might be a bit like camping, but it was more like an apartment on the water. Cooking facilities are great and there is more than enough fridge and freezer space for a week of food. The yacht is also very easy to manoeuvre and we quickly mastered dropping anchor or picking up a mooring. Don't worry if the winds aren't favourable as Reflections is perfectly capable of motoring where you need to go, and I was very surprised to only use 90 litres of diesel for an entire week, which includes running the motors to charge batteries and make hot water.Definitely add a kayak or two and a maybe a paddle board, as these were very popular with everyone on-board. Hiring snorkelling equipment is also essential for the Whitsundays.We can't thank the team at Charter Yachts Australia enough. Everything went like clockwork and the vessels are all perfectly turned out when you arrive to start your holiday.Now we just have to work out when we can get more holidays from work to do it all again. There are so many places to explore in the Whitsundays that it would take months to see and do them all.PS. The new blue underwater lights are fantastic and provided lots of entertainment at night with all the sea-life that was attracted to them.

We chartered a yacht from Charter Yachts Australia for 10 nights. The service from start to finish was outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble and their attention to detail throughout the whole process was fantastic. We received great support and advice on a daily basis. We cannot thank the team enough for everything they did for us.Would love to do this again and would definitely use CYA. They are the best in the Whitsundays.

We had a fantastic experience with this yacht hire in whitsundays business. We had 9 of us on the boat and self skippered. We were a bit unsure about skippering ourselves but they had some great training that made it easy. The boat was in great condition and the team very friendly. Ultimately some great value there too! Definitely recommend to more people. The tender for the boat worked very well and the boat had no mechanical issues at all. We were very happy with this company and have since referred on to two other groups who are going up next summer.

We had a great time with Charter Yacht Australia. The service was great and the girls were always helpful in the early planing stage. We had not bare boated before so we did not know what to expect! the boat was very clean and stoked with all the essentials you would expect of a holiday house. Its was such a wonderful experiences and the scenery was amazing we will definitely be bring our family back to the Whitsundays again. Thanks Charter Yacht for such an amazing experience!

Thank you to Emma who managed to get our boat together in a few hours for our sailing adventure around the Whitsunday islands. She set the tone for an excellent experience with Andrew, Tyler and the rest of the team at Charter Yachts Australia.The boat was as promised, quality sails, rigging was good quality, and everything worked perfectly.We were well briefed on the boat, safety, and the area with loads of good insight.It is a very easy area to sail and the navigation maps and tools make it a breeze.We highly recommend Charter Yachts Australia. We would love to return one day and bring more friends and family. This is a perfect way to experience this beautiful area. Do give yourself enough time to really experience the magic and beauty.There is still some coral to be found in certain areas protected from the cyclone.
