I was going to wait 6 months to write this review, but it’s been 3 months and I’m more than happy with the returns on my solar and battery unit.David was quick to respond and provide me with a great price on my 12kW solar and 10kW battery unit.The team were very professional and easy going and I really appreciate one of the installers taking their time to educate me on the system.will definitely recommend to my friends and family for all future solar and battery enquires

We booked Ausgrid Electrics for our commercial solar installation and Off-Grid System. The whole team was very professional and diligent. Especially David, he was very keen to make sure that the system was perfect and everything was up and running. He showed extra care and professionalism. I’m extremely satisfied with their services and would highly recommend them for solar and battery installation as well as off grid systems.

He even checked the existing first system and found a fault and fixed it for meHighly recommended and I assure you that you will not regret that.All the respect to David and his team. Beware of this company, very poor quality installation. Installers are very rough made a hole in the ceiling, and caused significant damage to our property during the installation. Left loose wiring hanging (fire hazard) the work was not up to Australian electrical standards. They did not want to go back after to conduct the repairs. We had to get our own electrician to check everything and fix the defective work and the damage caused by this mob. Taking them to Fair Trading, STAY AWAY.

I used this company’s service for electric panel replacement and I can’t emphasise enough on how professional and reliable the service was. Especially David did an amazing job. It was good value for money and they also gave excellent after-care services.Would definitely recommend it.

I had my solar system installed by Ausgrid Electrics. Starting from the sales to the installation, everything was very smooth. They are very professional and know what they are doing. I would like to commend David for his expertise and knowledge. He put extra effort into explaining how the system works and answered all my questions. He even travelled an extra day to connect my system to wifi as my wifi wasn’t working in the day of installation. I’m very glad with the service they provided and would always go for them in the future.

They are very helpful , professional and finished the work before time. They gave me quote for the electric things to be done within 14 days but the work actually was finished in 9 days by David.Highly recommend !
