Use this business at your own peril!The initial quoting process was easy and we locked our fence and automatic gate to be installed before xmas 2021. Cant fault the fabrication, as a boilermaker myself I can appreciate good work when I see it. That's why they get one star as its all downhill from there.Upon install, concrete slab in the wrong place, snapped bolts (tried to hide with glue), loose screws, bent fixings, solar panel mounted in the shade, nails hanging out of timber, aftermarket cheap remotes/ receiver (that stopped working) etc etc.. Not to mention installers were rude to my neighbors and left a mess in my toilet!I have written a scathing review before only to have the company contact me and promise to fix everything if I deleted it as per a gentleman's agreement".After 12 months the motor has burnt out and

Was requesting a quote of 2 gates to be installed at my property,No one showed or called for the first measure and quote even after text and call confirmations.2nd quote, old mate was early and I was only 15 mins away but didn't want to wait..measured up something I have no idea if it was correct.Then 2 business days later I get a call saying that it would be to expensive to use this company as they run a larger crew" and proceeded to give a quote doubling that of a handy man.I run my own business

Custom Auto Gates has just completed our 4th annual gate motor service and we couldn't be more happier with the service and support they have and continue to provide. They custom made gates that have continued to work well and look great for many years now. They even gave us a list of key maintenance tips to keep our gates and automation working well. 5 years on and still going strong, and looking just as good as they did the day they went in.

One year on and we still love our gates!!!Highly recommend picking this Company for any gates you may need. Quality is superb and we are still getting compliments a year on. We just recently had our first gate service and that was easy - I just used their online booking system.We love not having to get out of the car to open the gate and I don't know how we lived so long without an automatic gate!Happy happy customers :)

Delays, collection threats, communication from office around updates and scheduling needs work. In the end, they came through with a reasonable (but not exceptional) install. Some (or all) of this may have been my fault.

Our gates look fantastic.. we had a few hiccups at first with the gates not closing properly, but the installer was out to fix straight away...Everyone comments how good they look and our M is the extra touch.. thank you to all who helped us at custom auto gates

Have had the team at custom auto and gates do fencing and electric gates for us in East Ipswich. We had a few problemsalong the way, but each time the team were great at rectifying the problems and getting them sorted. After installation services have been good as well with great communication from all parties.I would not hesitate to use them in the future or to recommend them to others from my experience.
