Pathetic customer service. Chemist warehouse claims for price match and when I made them see on phone, there was mid aged lady behaving extremely rude and making useless faces saying bla bla. Not interested in dealing with customers, walking away without dealing and making weird faces. There used to be good staff idk what has happened recently.Not going back.I wish google should us an opportunity to give ratings in negative side too.

The pharmacist is so ignorant and not professional at all. I asked for a nasal steroid spray and chlorsig oint for stye. She has no idea what i was talking about and i asked her if she had nasonex in stock and she confidently said nasonex is not steroid and stye and stye is not bacterial infection and chlorsig is not used to stye. I was speechless. Mometasone(nasonex) is a corticosteroid and stye is caused by bacteria. I asked her how to use the meds and she was literally reading out the instructions written on the meds. She needs to trained or better hire someone who's more professional and knowledgeable.

Probably the slowest understaffed chemist warehouse I have ever been to. This place is always run by a skeleton crew who I mostly feel sorry for with the capacity of people coming through on a daily. It takes roughly 30mins to get a script filled and then another 20mins (if youre lucky) to get through the queue. If you’re after anything just be ready for a long wait, the urgency and staff are run flat. I feel for them. Try loganholme instead if you’re in a rush,

A friend called up and was told they had her script on file from the pharmacist and said the script was ready to be picked up. When I went to pick it up I was given a number and waited 50 mins. Then told they didn’t have a script. Basically they owe 50 mins of my life for a script they won’t dispense. The rudeness and arrogance of the pharmacist was unmeasured. I won’t be back.Unfortunately I had to rate one star. It’s not deserved.

Went there today as I urgently needed both panadol and nurofen for 5yrs+ kids and baby nurofen also as they were all now vomiting and had gastro and high temps. (5 kiddies) and seen a gentleman free in the isle and asked if he could help me out as kids were all in the car sick as. He points me in the direction of 20 people deep line at the back counter. So I had to leave to buy elsewhere as I didn't have 30 Mins to wait in line as my sons temp was at 39.

Terrible service, waited 50 minutes for prescription. Got attitude from the pharmacy assistant when I said there should be a repeat script given back to me. To which she bluntly told me no there isn't only for her to go and find it. To top things off got charged the wrong price for medication
