Dave, Katie and Emma are great coaches, friendly and funny. I like when they motivate me to push myself. They offer a wonderful crèche for the 930am classes Monday to Friday; Best gym in the lower Blue Mountains.

I love going to Steam Training and having the choice of scheduled classes with a trainer or being able to turn up anytime that suits me to do my works outs has been life changing. Great atmosphere and great variety of machines and workout sessions.

Such a great community to be part of! The trainers are welcoming, knowledgeable and supportive. F45 Blaxland has adapted so well to the current Lockdown situation. I love that I am still being challenged and kicking fitness goals from my living room at home!

Emma and Dave, and all trainers, are fun and inspiring. They know each of us personally and know exactly how far they can push us to get optimum results. They also know how to motivate us to keep going. F45 Blaxland is truly a community where everyone feels welcomed and valued. I hate exercising and while the classes are great, I have been attending F45 Blaxland consistently for nearly 2 years due to people. Thank you Emma and Dave for all you do to create this amazing atmosphere.

A great place to workout. The team are always up-beat, motivational and very professional. Facilities are very well maintained, neat and tidy. I tend to turn up exercise and leave, but they also run great social and special challenge sessions. Well done F45 Blaxland - I can’t wait to get back after COVID 2021.

Never gone and never will now. Flyers put over my car window and hundred of others. After coming out to my car the flyers were stuck to all our windows and had to be peeled off leaving us with huge white patches we have to now scrub off

F45 Blaxland truly is a gym like no other. I have made life long friends at this gym because of the community that has been created by the wonderful team and members. I have never felt fitter or healthier since joining F45 and have seen my strength and confidence grow immensely.
