Sunday night 5/3/23 was such a wonderful experience when we came for food. The best member of staff, he was polite, friendly, courteous & attentive. The place was so very clean, all the salads were available & topped up & everything had lids on. We really hope he gets to see this review, as he really deserves a pat on the back for going the extra mile, which can be quite a rarity these days. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This subway seems to go thru a lot of staff , which i suspect is caused by being under trained before being pushed out to serve during busy times with not enough staff . Some of the staff do try to do their best , but there are others that are letting the whole shop down. I have to continually ask the staff member to put the fillings all the way along the bread. If i wanted a 10 inch sub and 2 inchs of bread that's what i would order. You just don't know what standard of sub you are going to get.8/5/23. This Subway seems to have gotten a lot better over the last 2 months.

Terrible service by the Manager Heather. Rude. Abrupt. Does not greet customers. Made to feel very unwelcome. Takes ages to get an order. Plenty of staff working but still takes a long time to get served and order taken. Has happened on more than one occasion. Won't be back after multiple bad experiences.

This is our local Subway and it is hands down the worst in Australia! Every.single.time I leave in disbelief at how slow and incompetent the staff are. It's actually become a running joke / competition in our family, about whose experience was the most frustrating! Unfortunately tonight was the last straw, I will not be returning until there is a change in management!Avoid, if time is precious to you!! Head to Maccas if you want your food fast and hot!!

I'm vegetarian and ordered a veggie delite. They gave me some chicken tender thing instead. Was not happy. When I called they said there was nothing they could do as it had already been accepted by my ubereats driver. Waste of money

Very slow service, it was a lunch rush and like 10 customers were in the restaurant. I've been in other subways with more people ordering and less of a wait time than this one. There were 4 people at the front, however the pace felt like only 1 person was working. One guy moved like a sloth, presumed he was new but still should've moved a little bit faster. The same guy did what I presumed was an online order with a single footlong sub for a good 10 mins. One chick had many (4 in total) piercings on her face, pretty sure that's against Subway's policy. She served me and I asked for a sauce on my sub and there was none of it left in the bottle, however she still kept squeezing it. I politely asked for more thinking she'd grab a new one from the back, but she just kept trying to squeeze it, not bothering to grab some more. This whole ordeal took about me 15 mins of waiting (I was third in line when I came in) and 5 more of them making the sub. Will not be coming back.

Always terrible service, left standing for at least 10 minutes without a hello. This is the 3rd time it's happened. I've seen some subways in action and they are fast and awesome. There are 3 girls here but only one serving everytime I come in. Makes it hard for people having quick lunch breaks. The sandwiches are pretty terribly put together too. I love subway but I really wish they would step it up at my local. Bummer.
