BHF Couriers

I’d just like to pass on my thanks for a great job. I had a piece of artwork (well, a heavy 20kg metal sculpture) delivered from Augusta in Western Australia to Hughes in Canberra. It turned up in great condition, and I was very pleased and impressed with the ease and convenience of the quote and booking process. Even minor adjustments to the packing dimensions and weight were simple to manage. I lecture at ANU in supply chain and logistics, and have already mentioned BHF to my class.

Be very weary when using this courier. They’re happy to quickly make a booking and promise the world. But as soon as payment is taken they’ll advise you that it’s non refundable - even when the driver is late. Absolutely no communication from these guys that their driver will be late - I called and asked when he will arrive. I was told no later than 3:30 after she changed the ETA twice throughout the day. 3:30pm - still no delivery. No update from the office. No call from the driver. Disgusting customer service for a mob that don’t offer any refunds even when they’re in the wrong. Will never use again or recommend to anyone. Happy to take our business elsewhere. What a joke.

On a family holiday from Melbourne to Port Fairy, dropped my car key in the ocean.Needed a courier asap to pick up my spare key from Melbourne and drive down to Port Fairy. I called 6 others companies and not 1 would help. Thank goodness for BHF couriers! They Picked up the key within 30 minutes and delivered 2 hours ahead of schedule. They kept me in the loop by calling numerous times to let me know the location and eta. Thanks so much. Highly recommend

BHF freight price was much less than others and what was picked up for me was not packed correctly but the still loaded the 2 heavy car body parts. When they arrived in my town, they called me over concerns there was damage and they would happily send them back but I knew of the damage and all was ok. Then 2 staff put the parts in the back of their suv and delivered them to me. Very good price and extremely good service. I don’t think a lot of businesses these days even know how to spell that let alone deliver it. You want to freight stuff, call these guys first. Awesome!

Martin made a miracle happen today!!After a long day of doors closing on us, Martin definitely saved the day!!!With literally 1 minute before cut off, BHF went out of their way to get our urgent documents picked up from Canberra and on a plane within 4 hours to Brisbane.Cannot thank Martin and BHF enough, it is good to know there are still humans out there with compassion and consideration to urgent circumstances.We cannot thank you enough.Highly recommended.

Got quoted $169 for a quick delivery job by one representative then when I spoke to another it quickly doubled to more then $380. Went with another company who did it for just $105. Poor customer service from BHF.

Great delivery, I got a large item from WA to Sydney. I knew it would take time as I was notified of that. They were able to call me one hour before so I could stop work and meet the delivery driver. Josh was very helpful, by helping me get the package in my apartment. Very much appreciated. Reasonable price with insurance, I will use BHF again in the future.

Great service, they look after your items, however when they get passed onto the next carrier.... hmmm, not so good !

Quick and efficient service - excellent for unusual items, which seems to be their speciality. This MG hardtop was picked up and delivered interstate successfully, and didn't cost a bomb either.
