Ivanhoe Endoscopy Centre

I had an excellent experience at ivanhoe endoscopy, I cannot recommend it highly enough. From the front desk staff, to the nursing staff ( Emily) to the doctor ( Jason) and everyone in theatre room ( Anaesthetist) and Gina. I’m sorry I cannot remember everyone’s name but you know who you are. Everyone make it so much easier, comfortable and less stressful. Thank you for once again.

I had a procedure here and was very happy and impressed. From the start with the first phone call to book the appointment to the very end with heading home afterwards, the staff made me feel comfortable and that I was in good hands. They answered all of my questions and genuinely cared about their clients. Dr Le is a wonderful professional and calming presence. Nurse Daniel is amazing at his job and deserves a shout out for his hard work. The whole process was efficient with very little waiting time. I was very happy with the entire process and highly recommend Ivanhoe Endoscopy Centre.

I don’t recommend this place at all. I attended here a couple weeks ago and the gastroscopy left me feeling so much pain and discomfort. I was sore for over a week. There was no explanation or solution provided to me. I still have some pain in my stomach and oesophagus, pain which I never experienced prior to having the gastroscopy. I also had gastroscopy at another places before and it never hurt at all. I wouldn’t return here again and would not recommend this place. All reviews are fake as you can see all new reviewers with only one review ever posted.In response to the business owner: Yes you are correct my name is not Tina Field, however I didn’t want to use my personal account as my health records are my private business and not for everyone here to see. As a medical clinic I would suspect that you would respect and understand that and not use that as an excuse to dismiss/not acknowledge my genuine concerns. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

Their services is extremely annoying me. Call for gastrocopy and have to arrange someone to pick me up. My husband have to apply for one day leave. I need to go to a PCR test and fill up plenty of forms.The test day they called and said the doctor was sick and change time. My husband have no other leave to pick me up I have then cancelled my appointment.They don’t even say sorry !!

I would like to thank the clinic for my wonderful appointment this morning. Having never had these procedures done before I was a little nervous / apprehensive. But the 2 nurses, surgeon and anesthetist (my apologies I've forgotten your names) were all so friendly and informative that it really helped calm me down. Also the procedure went exactly to plan. Anyone needing a gastroscopy / colonoscopy I can highly recommend this clinic.

Every staff member from initial email and phone queries, to reception staff on the day, the nursing and medical staff were kind, caring, professional and efficient. I felt in very capable hands. The centre was clean and organised with minimal waiting between consultations which lessened my apprehension a great deal; thank you, your professionalism and kindness were appreciated indeed.

Excellent service by staff and doctor. Explained everything in detailed. I had to wait an hour and quarter before getting my turn which was bit hard for me while on fasting for colonoscopy. Overall excellent experience.

A very clean and well run facility. The Doctor takes the time to explain the results throughly. Staff very happy to assist your needs. Highly recommend!
