never really have a good experience here, my nails turn out pretty below average everytime compared to other places and they’re always uneven, they don’t check each hand to see if the nails are even and whenever i’ve asked them to fix something they cleary seem annoyed by it.

I have been here multiple times and get my nails done quite regularly. I had them done on Saturday and within a day 3 nails had chipped. I sent a message and they told me to come back in to have them repaired, which I did. Two days later, another 4 of them have chipped. I messaged again to have them removed and refunded due to the poor quality and they blamed me and told me that I was using my fingers too much and that I should’ve paid when I went back the first time but out of respect they did it for free. Very poor customer service and I will not be coming back.

It was honestly a weird experience. I felt like I was a burden. We were there to have a Pedi as two friends do but wasn't what we had hoped for @ all. My friend sat there and waited till mine was complete so the same girl could finish hers. No dead skin removed, was dissapointed. The lovely lady had to leave half way through as it seemed she had already worked back...The staff seemed unhappy like they didn't want to be there and the man spent more time on his phone.Very unorganised

I have been here a few times and have been happy with my nails. However I had my nails done on Monday, and by Friday they were already chipping, I wasn’t very happy with the paint anyway as you could see brush marks and it wasn’t even. When I went in today I showed my nails to the guy boss whose first words were “you did that”. Sorry but you need to work on your customer service. I’m offended you thought I would be bold enough to come back to try and get a free paint after I damaged my nails myself! It was not up to the usual standard. Unfortunately you now lost a customer.

I had a full set of nails done I arrived as they were closing to be honest 4.50 pm they sat me straight away. Listen to want I wanted. Short nail is what I wanted and that’s exciting what I got so happy.Think they could do with some plastic screening for their safety and mine at this currant time.Nails turn out great will go back.

These guys do such a great job. I often hear bad reports from other nail salons, nails breaking , poor service. Metro nails and beauty have fantastic staff, very friendly and helpful. I have been going here regularly for the last 2 years or more, I always come out with beautiful nails and no breakages. Top class.

Went for a pedicure and found to be waiting for a long time for service. My attendant went home 1/4 way through the pedicure and just left me sitting there. It would have been 1/2 before someone else came over and started on my feet again. My feet weren’t scrubbed or dead skin taken off. Staff seemed not happy to be working. Will not use this salon again. Asked about a wax and was ignored when asked where it was for. I said not my legs. I was then not offered a chance to Have this done

I went there for the first time 3 weeks ago never had my nails done by anybody else ever they did my nails . I was happy with so I went again today even made a appointment . They look terrible she cut them to short the polish never went to the bottom of nails never again
