A massive thankyou to all the team at Deepchill for one of the most seamless and professional experiences from the initial enquiry to order, and service on our new ducted aircon install. All the team Simon, Andrew, even Denbee in accounts were all very helpful. Advice was spot on, they acted in a prompt and friendly manner and very big special mention to installer Aldo and team who were absolute machines! All completed in a day works perfectly....5++++ stars all round. Definitely recommend

Our a/c was playing up, so we called DeepChill to inspect ($165 callout fee). We already knew the error code and probable cause (sensor open circuit).The tech was polite and helpful. Identified the problem as a sensor cable that had been severed by rats, which matched the error code we saw.After paying the invoice for the callout we received a quote for the repair of $477.I was somewhat shocked so I asked for the quote to be itemised. They refused. I asked for the part number of the faulty sensor, and it took multiple attempts to get that. Even then they gave me multiple part numbers, some of which are not required for the repair. Was I being quoted for unnecessary parts? If so why? And without an itemised quote how would I even know what I was paying for? Very dodgy!I would never do business with someone that won't itemise a quote or who makes the process of determining fair value for money more difficultIf we just went with their quote, we would have paid nearly $650 to fix a $60 failed part. That seems excessive to me especially at a time when so many people are struggling with cost of living.DeepChill may be a decent company with good staff, but I found this experience frustrating, disingenuous, and greedy.

Started off well, the quote came through promptly and locked in the job. Once the deposit was paid it seemed like they could care less. The technician decided it was best to put and expensive AC in the middle of the room and run INTERNAL pipes to the outside..... !!!!When I questioned him, he hadn't actually been and looked at the property. I asked for an older style to go where the old one was so no pipes just a full replacement and cheaper for me.I sent an email to the company about the suggestion and to confirm what I wanted, to which no one replied. The job was booked in with my tenant and again no one let me know. I just got the bill at the end and had to ask for photos.My tenant had to silicon the bottom as they didn't, but he was happy with the system and the cost wasn't too bad overall.

A Great Experience so far dealing with Simon - He Turned up on time and emailed through a detailed quote the same day.Simons advice was and technical knowledge is excellent and also his business manner.I have now booked to go ahead with these guys for two spilt systems in a commercial office / factory and will update review once install complete.Amanda in the office has been very efficient on the phone and via email with invoicing and payment receipt, a very smooth process also.I think the internet trolls have given these guys a rough time as my experience so far has been excellent.5 Stars ***** UPDATE - Install booked and completed within a few days - Jason and Jack did a fantastic job of install - they where polite and efficient guys and explained everything from beginning to handover instructions and left the job site tidy.Happy to recommend these guys to anyone.

Could not be happier with Deepchill. What was particularly impressive was the way they responded to my initial enquiry then kept me fully informed of when the technician would be arriving, the technician, Dave, was thoroughly professional and did a great job. Recommend Deepchill to everyone.

It was lucky for me to choose this right company to replace my very old Daikin ducted air-con controller and 6 round ceiling outlets with new and to fixed air filter within a week after I paid for my deposit (managed very hard to schedule my job asap in this peak season).I also received these photos straight away from them via email after the job was completed.Excellent! Professional, efficient and valuable price to save me thousands of dollars to possibly change the whole system. My ducted air-con is working really well now. I am very happy and I'm going to have to put a jumper on - I'm freezing :):).

They arrive at 7.30 and finish at 9.30.Speedy Gonzales couldn't do better. They take old teco aircon and install a new dakin slick and robust. They also move the second air compressor on the outdoor balcony skirt. So I gain more space on the main balcony. No more hot air blowback in the house. This guy is fantastic! Highly raccomand

very bad driving skills, stay away, if their work is anything like their driving do not go near them. P plater 509RMX driving dangerously cutting people off and speeding.

Dave was very fast with the job arrived in time and with a smile, cleaned our units extensively and left no mess.Definitely recommend and use again in future.Thank you Dave.
