Incredible service, beautifully clean space, my therapist was so professional, you could tell he was passionate and genuinely caring. Quite literally one of the best massages I’ve had in my life, I’ve been here a few times and I have always left feeling lighter and happier. Very happy this place exists and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great remedial massage with a lovely environment.

I’ve been going to Tina the accupuncturist fortnightly for the last 8 months for weight loss and have lost 12 pounds (5kg) so far! She gives you a meal plan to follow too which I try to stick to but I am sure the acupuncture is what’s done it. She’s also helped with my digestion issues which I think has contributed to my weight loss.Tony is great for massage if you enjoy deep tissue massage. He knows to put pressure in all the right places.Am so glad I found this place!

My normal place for a massage, Tony is the only male masseuse, he is the only person to go to the others are rubbish only rub have no idea how to massage. Made a booking today for a hour on a Saturday eventually found parking went inside 10 mins early to find some poor reason that he wasn’t available...NOT HAPPY JAN!!! To treat a regular like this is very poor, avoid this place unless you can get Tony.

Last time there were many good and skilled therapists but this seemed to have changed since covid. There is still one I go to and she's fantastic. The place is also so much better after renovations.What is really terrible though is the front desk! They would change your appointment without notice and only when you turned up on time for your original appointment you find out that your slot (or part of) has been given to other customers! This has happened not just once or twice, but probably close to 10 times now, which is appalling. All they do is apologise but this is not helpful when customers either rush from work/study/other commitments to ensure they are on time or when they have other appointments to attend to after massage. The most recent time, my appointment was rescheduled to 30mins later (!) and I did not know this until I was there.Hope the management can look into this and train the front desk staff to adhere to booking times. Also, many massage therapists seem to come and go. Hope the better ones can be retained.Thanks

Poor service! 40min for $60, repeatedly ask to focus on painful area and only spend around 10 mins on it. Used oil in last 10 mins but tried wiping it off with rough tissue paper not warm towel. Then said “I come back” and started to put suction cups on. Ended with no improvement. As leaving demanded I pay an extra $10 for the cups. Very confrontational. Highly don’t recommend! Just wanted to try and up sell. Not worth the money, left feeling cheated out of $60 plus an extra $10 with knowing. Terrible service.

Really bad experience! The masseuse does not know what she is doing! I forgot my Medibank card, so paid cash and asked for receipt to claim on my own. Guess what? They did not give me the claim number! Tried to call them multiple times. First time, someone promised will call me back, which is a lie. Second time, whoever answered my call does not know what I am talking about. Third time, they hang up on me!

Massage is fantastic but nowadays difficult to book appts as the phone rings and no one answers...

Worst massage I've ever got, my masseur was a elderly women, she had no sense of pressure or technics. She was going so hard on my shoulders causing a lot of pain and not in a good way. I told her multiple time to go softer and not so hard, but she just kept on going. The next day my shoulder and neck are in so much pain and soreness in the worst way. I walked in to get a relaxing massage and walked out with messed up shoulder and neck.

Worst massage I have ever had. The man did not ask what i wanted and I had to speak to him in Chinese to tell him i wanted oil. He then continued without oil only till the end and was rough and speeded through the whole session like it was the biggest chore in the world. Not only was this the case, but he only hurt" my upper body.. when I was there mainly for a lower body massage. They should have paid ME the $50."

Worst massage I've had and I've had a lot. The masseuse was so incredibly fast in his hand motions that it was impossible to relax. He had no concept of pressure and was either too hard or too soft. I didn't ask for oil yet I received it. There was no container or drawer to put my belongings even. Dreadful experience.
