Auto Masters Baringa

Got my car serviced here roughly 4 weeks ago, on my papers that where given to me after my service it said my power steering fluid had been checked so me thinking I would not have to check it for awhile only to find out the hard way it had not been checked at all or topped up as it was bone dry and I have no leaks which has now caused issues. Very disappointed.

This business is absolutely amazing I couldn’t recommend them more.A guy was coming around the neighbourhood offering vouchers for free labour servicing for x amount of work.My partner and I both paid for one and today my partner took in his Colorado for a basic service.They were absolutely incredible, they sent him a detailed video with everything they had performed and what needed to be done. It was extremely reassuring as lots of mechanics can add charges on for various things and you feel ripped off.Their communication was amazing and all the little details such as cleaning the engine bay and cleaning the tires making sure your car is looked after while in their hands.On arrival to pick up the car they were very welcoming and gave us another run down and patiently answered any and all questions without us feeling rushed or stupid!They even gave my partner a FREE bottle opener key chain saying “if found please call (their number) or post them for free paid by key return”So then any auto masters in the country will notify you that they have received you keys and post them back to you or you can go pick them up which I was kinda blown about. The level of detail and customer support Automasters have I will never go anywhere else!Highly recommend!!!!!

Took my pajero here to have some oil leaks sorted, Luke was very helpful at explaining everything to me and showing me things on the vehicle, his team went above and beyond to sort some other little issues out and advise me on various things

From the time you book up to car service, the people involved are very friendly and awesome. Been having a rattling sound on the engine and already been to other mechanical shop telling them about it. Been told all the time they could not find the problem until I went to AutoMaster they found and fix the problem. Highly recommended mechanical shop!

I’m new to the area and wanted a local mechanic to service my car and found Auto Masters Baringa to be about 3km from my home which was perfect. I dropped the car off and then was offered a ride back to my home, then when the job was finished I was picked up at home and taken back to the centre. Every employee was courteous and respectful and totally approachable and I was very impressed. To top it all off the cost of the service was a fraction of the eye watering amount I used to pay at the Dealership I took my car to at my previous address.

Great experience and customer service. Needed my car serviced and were able to book me in around my work schedule. Very reasonable price for service, video sent during service for information was a great touch. Will be servicing my other cars moving forward and recommend to anyone looking for service around the sunshine coast. Thanks especially to Luke who provided a friendly and professional approach both over the phone and in person.
