Truly, my husband and I are perplexed over the low star reviews.He has been there several times and the staff are courteous and timely with appointments. Very well run clinic.When making appointments, the staff go out of their way to help you get in quickly, and the whole experience, as unpleasant as any medical thing is, is really made more easy with the lovely staff.I would give this clinic a rating of 10 if I could.

Honestly sometimes you see negative reviews and it makes you nervous but I had the most positive experience today. The lady doing my ultrasound was so understanding and amazing. Lady at reception was nice. Would come back if needed.

(Andrea recieptonist is very rude. She does not deserve this job. Without speaking a single word. She attacked me with rude behaviour and shouted me on that I can't walk here)It happened with me long ago I thought she works for Melbourne pathology so i gave the review on Melbourne pathology. I understand now that she works for radius imaging. She is really a rude lady. My great apology to Melbourne pathology.

Best place to get scans. I feel at peace and comfortable with the service and very welcoming with patients. Duty of care for people is excellent. Stress free environment
