Novotel Lake Crackenback Resort & Spa
What a beautiful setting- we were visiting for breakfast and to our delight watched a platypus playing in the water outside. Stunning view of the moon setting over the mountains and the sunrise over the water.Food service was consistent standard for a hotel breakfast service, staff friendly and very COVIDSafe. It is possible to change from the set breakfast and staff accommodated gluten free and extra vegetarian options.

I just came back from taking a group of 46 Carers on a wellness retreat to this wonderful place. Whoa! For starters the place is SO beautiful that even if you do nothing, you would relax, the accommodation & food in all the restaurants were excellent and the best thing was the energy of the staff at the resort. They all went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one.Thank you!

Novotel Lake Crackenback Resort & Spa
We have stayed at Lake Crackenback for a few summers now and we love it! The staff are always very helpful and friendly. The included breakfast is great and the dinner at the restaurant is outstanding. We hired an e-bike from the activate centre, the bike and service was top notch. We did a lot of the complimentary activities as well. We will definitely be back many more times in the future. Highly recommend!

Novotel Lake Crackenback Resort & Spa
The accommodation was absolutely spectacular. Very well presented and well equipped. The grounds were absolutely stunning to walk around and the wild animal visitors everyday were lovely to see. Only 15 minutes to Thredbo meant it was also very central.The staff were lovely and did everything they could to make the stay as pleasurable as possible.My husband and I are already planning our next trip back.

Gorgeous resort with the snow mountains on your doorstep. Definitely worth a stay. Clean well kept houses. Lovely walks. Breakfast is awsome, best scrambled eggs I have ever had in a hotel ( there normally hard, rubbery and blue in other hotel's). Lovely hard working staff, that attend to your needs with a smile.

The view here is amazing and the food straight up divine.We were staying in Jindabyne but made the trip up here for dinner every day. The portion sizes are big, the staff amazing and there is so much to look at while you wait if the restaurant is not open.

It is a very beautil place with perfect breakfast (my husband always says they have the best breakfast), with good variety of additional activities for kids like trampolines, archery, playground etc.They have a very nice swimming pool and a hot cosy sauna which are so great to enjoy after long day of skiing - it helps a lot to relax and recover.And we saw wombats, kangarooes and deers on the site - so cool :)The rooms are always clean and beatiful. Very close to the train as well - literally 5 minutes drive. We simply love this place!
