All the girls were super friendly and helpful. Katelyn in particular did my hair and did an absolutely incredible job! My favourite colour I’ve had!

I recently went to Stefan as my usual hairdresser just wasn't getting the colour right in my hair. Katelyn was so helpful and ensured my hair goals were achieved by the Capalaba team. I received outstanding service and I felt the team genuinely cared about me as a client, as well as taking the time to ensure I was happy. Thanks so much Stefan! I'll be back and am so pleased you could get the job done!

staff were so lovely and hospitable. very clean and pleasant store. Samantha was so professional, nice and did an incredible job on my hair. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

Service is always wonderful at Capalaba Stefan's. Diane my stylist and the wonderful team go out of their way to always make me feel welcomed into the store. They provide great service with excellent communication and I always leave feeling valued and looking my best. Can't recommend them all enough.

Katelyn is an absolute magician with my hair. I've been seeing her for the last 12 years and even though I live over 45 minutes away I still make the drive, and take a day off work especially to go to Stefan Capalaba and to see Katelyn! She's amazing 100/100 recommend!!! (Sorry I could only do 5 stars!)Salon is always clean and tidy even though they're always very busy. The team, lead by the lovely and amazing Ella are entirely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. It truly feels like I'm going to catch up with friends every time I go there.

My daughter visited this salon last week and was charged $112 for a simple style cut. She was charged an additional $30 above the advertised website price as her hair was long. She was also not told the price she would pay until after the stylist started cutting her hair. Although the hair cut was good the lack of transparency around pricing is why I would not recommend this salon. I already contacted customer care at Stefan to provide this feedback and they assured me my daughter was quoted prior to the service. Another reason I do not recommend…not a great look calling your valued customers liars!

The entire experience right from the beginning was poor, I was told continuously how damaged my hair is and I should cut it I felt pressured, I refused the cut as I am aware of the condition my hair is in. I asked to dye all my hair my natural brown hair ( half the job was already done as the top half of my hair was my natural colour, I had red on the bottom, I explained I did not want my hair black, that I wanted my natural brown than I wanted to get highlights in a few weeks time. I legitimately walked out crying as my hair is black and it can not be fixed without costing me a fortune. I will not be returning I honestly could have done this myself with a box dye.
