Absolutely outstanding cattery. Our cats have stayed here many times over the last 3.5 years and always have a great time. The owner is very communicative, friendly, and clearly loves the cats. We would never leave them anywhere else again.

My Cat enjoyed a short break at the Cat Castle. She was healthy, happy & content when I picked her up. The staff are very helpful and caring. When we got home she was pleased to see her toys & didn’t give me any grief about her 3 day abandonment.

My mother wanted me to leave a review for our cat Archie. After a not so good experience at another place following reviews recommended this place.My mother had a good chat before making arrangements for him to come and they were so welcoming and reassuring on the phone. My mother could tell they are cat people. They explained and offered a tour.My mother had to drop him off early morning. She wasn't able to pick him up on the day arranged to bring him back due to plane delays but they were very good about having him another night.When my mother came to get him she was shocked when he was in the car how different he was. He usually hides and buries under a blanket but he sat up the whole ride home in his carrier. He came home like a new cat and happy. He must have had a good time because he has never come home so happy from being away.Highly recommended cat castle as they understand cats. Thankyou for looking after our Archie.

100% top care for our cats. Great price and handy to airport by car. Jenny has a deep understanding of the way cats think and behave; I believe she is a natural feline whisperer. Friendly & Clean, I have zero concerns leaving my 2 cats here. I know they will be safe and well cared for. I have used this service twice and would happily use them again.
