Worse ever… not recommended to anyone… the worst ever management… not respectful… bad.. if there is minus 10 star I will give it to them

I had my 3 preloved carpets (high quality) for washing to this place. Today when I went to pick them up after they were supposed to be washed, I found out some stains which could be pealed off (that means they happened after cleaning). When I asked the owner what is this and I was so disappointed because I gave my carpets to get cleaned and not for getting dirty. He replied very unprofessionally and rudely. He said, “next time do not bring your carpets here and wash them at your home yourself.”I and my husband were stunned at his rude attitude. Instead of accepting his mistake he shows arrogance towards his clients.Furthermore, my carpets were not washed properly at all, all the stains and marks were as it is there.I would never get services from them again neither would recommend to anyone.

Great service picked up our rugs and will deliver once cleaned. This is the third time I’ve used this service.

The last time I send my rug to them they washed it good however some milk spilled over a corner the stain was gone but the smell of it no so I give them 4 star hope it help them to improve their job ,other than that i was happy with the service .Thank you .

Best carpet washing service in Sydney. Owner has recently invested significantly in high quality equipment and the results are second to none. I had two expensive carpets that were heavily stained - the owner arranged to pick the carpets up, wash them and then deliver within a three-day turnaround. They looked brand new. Also, very happy with the pricing. Thank you.

This man knows his stuff...For the last 5 years I only take my clients rugs including persian and kashmir to Sadik Rugs Wash Sydney.I have clients as far as Double Bay and Kenthurst that were so impressed with the clean and feel of the rugs that they refuse to have anyone else touch them except Sadik.For peace of mind and guarantee the colors not to bleed, rugs not to firm up or shrink, do not go anywhere else.There are rugs out there that are worth thousands of dollars, with amazingly beautiful colors and designs, so why would you risk destroying these art pieces...Believe me... From first hand experience... Steam cleaning machines do severe damage to rugs especially 100% natural fibres.The machines used in his factories are actual washing machines built for rugs... And prior to going into this machine, the rug is placed on a massive vibrating bench where all dirt, dust, dead skin and hair is vacuumed out with the help of vibration.When you receive your rug, it feels soft and looks like you just bought it...

Rugs was not cleaned and when I contacted Sadik (the owner)was so rude and not respectful. I will not recommend to anyone anymore. Because when they don’t do a good job they are not respectful and not accept their fault. Sadik blames machine for not cleaning.

Very happy, they did an awesome job, removed all the stains from our rugs & the rugs look very clean. They offer pick up and drop off services as well. Highly recommend. :)

Terrible service, washed my blankets with them, stunk when i picked them up, not properly washed, they just rinsed them with water or used poor quality washing powder or liquid whatever they use. Never again.

Very rude arrogant and not a nice and friendly person. He was rude to my mum and did not do a great job cleaning carpet's. He also was very aggressive on the phone and told my mum not to be bring the carpets back as they were not cleaned properly after his recall job. Overall extremely rude to elderly people and has any respect.
