Crescent Spring Body Healing Centre Maddington

I was early and they took me in straight away. The reflexology was very good. The lady had a firm touch. She did not talk during the session and l found this to good and l was able to really experience the session while closing my eyes and relaxing. Not so keen on the jelly spa. Would give that a miss next time. Being a large person l found the tubs that my feet went into very uncomfortable and a little on the small size. The chair l sat in was comfortable. However the waiting area only had stools that are very low and uncomfortable. It was very difficult for me to get up from them. Please bear in mind l am a large person and have difficulty getting up and walking. I dare say some one you or fit would not have these concerns.

Good massage but seemed a bit disorganised. I was the first appointment of the day and had to wait around because the masseuse didnt show up to work.

The massage was ok but they give very hard massage which leaves my body sore for 2-3 days

I've been here a few times and each time it's gotten worse, being in a shopping centre it's naturally noisy but last time was ridiculous so much background noise, very hard to relax and enjoy your massage, they need to put up more sound dampening walls or curtains.The phone keeps on ringing very loud every five minutes and it is a goes unanswered until the machine picks it up, or they stop your massage to go deal with it or people who just drop in, I paid for an hour massage and with all the interruptions it was about 45 minutes, they need a receptionist or someone to answer the phone and deal with customers, and because of this when you try to ring and make a booking no one ever answers your call.And then there's the massage itself each time I go there they get worse and worse I have no idea what the guy was doing to me but it didn't feel like a propper massage.All-in-all it wasn't a good experience I don't think I'll be going back there and again.

Awesome massage. Heavily recommended. Cassie did a great job loosening up my tightened muscles.

Brilliant massage. Place is a bit dated but massage is spot on

I had the foot reflexology and 'jelly' foot spa. It was very disappointing. She never checked in on the pressure etc and it the pressure was so pathetic it felt pointless. And the jelly foot spa was just coloured water with a few grains of 'jelly'. I've had a proper jelly foot spa b4 and this was nothing like it and she left me sitting in the Luke warm non-jelly foot spa for ages while she left the store! Disappointing as I've had a full body massage from the younger girl before and she was excellent.

I'm a regular customer, Grace does an amazing job.I feel so relaxed and relieved when I walk out. 10/10
