Top customer service and great work getting the wheels balanced on my Landcruiser 79. Three other shops (in Melbourne) couldn't do it. The road force wheel balancing machine did the trick. Thanks guys.

I got a puncture after travelling through the rain damaged roads, and my car only came with a sealer pack, so I needed a new tyre. Cathy got me booked in first thing Monday morning and I was back on the road before 9am.

Terrific service, very busy as our classic car rally was in town, but they were able to help us on top of the bumper workload. Great service and great advice - and incredible turnaround

This company has had other complaints of not fitting the correct new tyres. We are a mechanical business in Qld. We have a 75 year old customer who travels to her daughters in Brisbane. When she gets here we service her van as she has been taken advantage of by other businesses in the past. We do it as a favour to her daughter who lives in QLD and works at our workshop. We are a engine building business and dont have time to do servicing and repairs usually. This lady had a puncture traveling from the riverina to Brisbane and called in to this company for a repair. They ended up selling her two maxis brand new tyres for $400. So now a $50 repair has turned in to $400. The problem being when she arrived for her service it was discovered that the actually fitted 1 new cheap brand tyre and 1 worn second hand tyre. Yes to a 75 year old pentioner. We sent photos of the tyres to them and they said they would look in to it. Meanwhile we sent her to our local tyre place and they did fit 2 brand new tyres for $240 and much better quality than they fitted. We had to call them and they said the would refund her for the tyres. No apology. She has since taken the tyres back and recieved a refund. This afternoon we recieved an abuse phone call from the manager accusing us of stealing the tyres they put on. Not only are they lying dishonest people who would cheat a pensioner. They have the gaul to turnaround and blame us. Should you have tyres fitted there, id be checking that they fitted what you paid for

Since I moved into the central west, I have relied on this team of experts and administration staff to keep me moving.I have booked my car for a service next week and know they will treat my car as if it is their own and treat me like a close friend .If there was 10 stars I would press them all.
