Dealing with Nerida was a nightmare from the beginning to the end. Yes, prices are attractive but I relate to another comment saying that each time you call her you feel like you are bothering her. It took her a week to kick off the contract, spelling mistakes, forgetting details in the contract, and little details like that delayed the sale process. Towards the end. she would mix my middle names and failing for a week to fix the contract, resulting in my banker having to frighten to pull out as he didn't have a valid contract. Overall experience was extremely frustrating and unnecessary stressful.

Before I dealt with crow legal service, I approached four other legal companies, but Michelle Ammala took her time to understand my needs and explain step by step to achieve the complete process. We dealt with Nerida to purchase an interstate property and the communication was poor. We felt as though we were in the dark throughout the process, and that any questions we raised were a bother. Every time we called, it would be redirected to voicemail and we wouldn't hear back unless we followed up by email after leaving a voice message. Although when we called from a different, unknown number, coincidentally the call was answered. Understandably, firms are busy - but it felt as though there was no capacity for our matter. Correspondence was constantly being forwarded to an outdated email, no matter how many times we made it clear that the email was now inactive. This made the process of receiving and consolidating all relevant documentation very messy and tedious. After settlement, all we received was a congratulations" text message and it was up to us to follow up and request the official settlement docs. We never received a call to explain the settlement docs
