I went into Autobarn Ellenbrook and was served by Jesse. He created an extremely welcoming atmosphere and was able to answer all of my questions. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and I was very impressed. He’s an amazing worker and I have recommended to all my friends and family to go to Jesse if they ever needed anything. Would definitely say he deserves a pay raise, keep up the great work.

I start on this place my journey to find the cheapest battery for my car who doesn't start hitted by a kangaroo few days before.I made few calls for quotes and the prices were always 215, 250 dollars for a battery, I cannot turned off my car so because of the kangaroo my car was smashed and I needed a test if it was the battery the problem.I was lucky, because once I arrived I felt people willing to help me, really interested in the situation, this is what I expect from any company, Derryl was my guy.He took care of the situation and with experience was telling me I feel confident that is the battery" in the end was the battery

Customer service member was not interesting in assisting. We went in for Add blue which we know is in short supply however the staff member offered no guide as to when the next delivery might be in was too busy chatting to a co worker

I came in a few weeks ago (Sorry for the delay gents) and had my headlights changed out. The car (unknown to me) had modified lights in and after a few changes and cut wires the globes were changed to an awesome quality new globe. Very happy customer. Thanks Team :)

Really great service. Went to get some wipers replaced. So helpful! Taking the time out to get the right product selected and fitted. A really positive experience of just good old fashioned good service from someone who knew their stuff.

Went in there today took my old motor bike battery inAsk lady in spare parts department .ask if she got any of these .she was yawning and said go look in battery section ..I had a good look then turned around three staff talking amongst themselves no interest what so everDidn't offer to help at allOr even try to order one far better service at spud shed bye bye your gone in books
