Absolutely shocking service and I say that being aware of the current Covid situation and understanding that it can be hard for some industries to provide supplies and responding to demand. Have tried for 2 weeks now to order and get informations about products. Got different informations and excuses depending on who I talked to, left messages and emails with no responses. If you can’t handle it why not telling customers that you can take more work at the moment and save people that precious time? I called Moorepak this morning at 9pm, had all infos and placed my order 3 hours later, lesson learned.

Extremely bad customer service, some one should give a basic training to the staff, what is customer service. When its More than 1 review about your service, at least the management should consider. So no more hope.

Rang Northpak to enquire as a new customer and experienced the WORST customer service over the phone. Such rude staff. Thought it was just a one time thing so went into the store and was treated even worse than i was over the phone! Would not recommend to anybody and does not even deserve a 1 star rating.

Do yourself a favour and use a different packaging company. This company is not an honest company when it comes to getting refunds and terrible customer service.

Visited the showroom, totally professional, excellent product presentation and staff. Then I contacted the call centre and the rudeness from Angela was enough to make me go elsewhere.

Have been in hospitality industry for over 15years and can say these guys are one of the best packaging companies I've dealt with. Professional and knowledgeable on their product range. Helpful in regards to product replacement or alternatives.

Information on website helps me discover what is available. Reasonable priced. Can be busy sometimes but easy enough to contact and do business with.
